Ordered a bowl via app, arrived a bit early, bowl was ready, staff were friendly, polite and personable. Seating area was clean and presentable As usual, food was delicious.
This store is always late on giving you the orders. The people that are hired are so slow and I have repeatedly gone many time for the past year and repeatedly given feedback and they just don't change. It's the worst customer service I have seen. I would give it a 1 star but I give it the extra star because I like the food.
Showed up at 8:05pm at the store to order a juice, the sale ‘s lady was very rude. She said it was 45 mins wait. We came out to decide what to do then we came in to order after 2 minutes and she said we are out of any fresh juice.Very impolite and very bad costumer service. Thats why the store is empty at 8pm Saturday night.
People working here are SUPERRRR SLOW to the point that they forget what your order was (even when the store is not busy)! Disappointed!
Walked in at 8:10 PM but they said they only sold juices but no other drinks or bowls. The staff was friendly but I couldn’t get the smoothie I wanted.
I showed up at 8:15PM, they close at 9PM. Three other customers walked in behind me while I was waiting for someone to show up at the front desk. The gal appeared out of the back after a few minutes and told me all orders are taking 45 minutes to an hour, which would put them after closing. I asked what the wait was about as we were the only people in there, and she replied that she didn't want to clean the machines again.Very poor customer service.

Staff was friendly & location clean but person handling payments was also preparing drinks.Also, 2nd person had mask pulled down to chin & was checking gum with his mouth open while preparing drinks. Doesn't that violate a health code? I thought you couldn't eat while preparing food.What's the point of the mask if it's worn around the chin.
I walked in at 8:45pm but the time says they close at 9pm I wanted to get a smoothie but unfortunately the customers in front of me took so long ordering. When it was my turn they turned me away and let me wait in line for nothing. It’s not fair because the customer behind me was serviced. When I asked why they didn’t tell me and they just shrugged. The person in charge that night kept a giving the dirty looks and almost looked upset they had customers. This was sad. Rip Nekter you were a yummy friend.
They have such a great product (my go to is the açaí banana berry bowl) but the consistency with which it is made is remarkable. Takes a concerted effort on all fronts to pull this off. Staff to a person is always welcoming and genuinely friendly to me; I appreciate that so much. And the online ordering is simple, fast and convenient. Cheers to the Nekter Tustin crew!!
