Unfortunately there is a huge difference in food & service when the owner/manager is there vs. when they aren't. Not taking that chance! Plus where are the advertised specials that other stores offer?!?
I love their coffee. (Regular) I'm also liking the Crispy Chicken sandwich but take it home and put mayo on it. Their app is easy and convenient. With pts., lots of good deals.
Don’t get coffee there been 3 times and every single time, it’s not right and I threw it away.Plus they hand you the coffee instantly than not expect you to inspect it at all. Mind you I have been to multiple McDonald’s for coffee and this is the only one. TRASH , DONT WAIST YOUR TIME. There’s another one within 5 mins.
Had to wait at the pickup side after order through the drive through for a long time and they give me a quarter pounder with a beef pattie that has the wrapper in it and was very difficult to take off and that side was uncooked.
Very rude and insulting. I did an order on my app, but they said it had been canceled and my card didn't go through. Even quoted me a higher price than the order I placed. Manager was extremely rude and said, "Maybe you don't have enough money in your account." I showed him the online receipt and my bank app showing I had already been charged. He refused to listen to me and they charged me twice!
The service was fast staff pleasant. This location was not participating in the free fries Friday. They have an expanded drive thru and it seems like it is geared to really get people thru the drive thru fast
