I understand this review might seem over the top,but I am truly sincere about my visit at this location in Tustin CA,while was there I ordered the classic combo The Bic Mac meal!!! I decided to sit outside,and enjoy the beautiful weather today!!!! While my vehicle was being detailed across the street,as I began to enjoy my meal I suddenly was taken back by the way Mc Donalds used to be!! ,you know early in there business as I was halfway finished I noticed there were tears coming down my face,I was in disbelief!!! how could this be as I spoke from with in myself,well it was abvious, Damn!!!! This meal was soooo Delicious,Hot,tasty,and fries took me back to when I was a tiny kid 5 yrs young,I'm delighted,eccstatic that I was taken back to yesteryears ,Thank you!!! Everyone that works here is super nice. And I am obsessed with their Carmel Frappes! They are better than Starbucks. I'm am totally addicted to them! They are the bomb.com! And they are very fast here. I was in the street the other day in the drive thru during the morning rush and I was out of it and thru the line so quickly, I couldn't believe it.
Came in for early morning breakfast and the hours were all messed up…. Yea I understand Covid has switched up a lot of things but it’s been over a year time to get things together….
This McDonald's in particular got my breakfast wrong, and suggested that I go through the drive thru again to correct it.I'm thankful that I don't engage in consuming fast food often; this gave me determination to double down on intermittent fasting.
Honestly we all know how McDonalds goes but as far as locations this one is not bad. It’s a little hidden but it just means it’s not always as busy as others. The associates are friendly and the make sure to double check. I actually got my order without missing any items this time.

I come here every now and a again. And my last review was 5 stars. I felt the need to update it. I'm not sure if it's the fact it's so hard to find people to work here. Or that they just aren't that great of a McDonald's franchise anymore. When I go here it's normally in the morning. So here's the thing I feel the customer service has really gone down. It used to be that you could go inside and get something because the drive thru at this location is the worse. But now it's like you go inside and it's just the same. Awful service overall and if it gets any worse I'll have to find a better location.
Finally downloaded the McDonald’s app and ordered ahead. How easy and convenient for someone like me who is constantly driving around during work and being able to pull up to the designated area and let them know that I’m parked and within less than 5 minutes. Boom! Freshly prepared food that’s warm and made to order exactly like I wanted.
me and my boys love us a good 2 dollar big mac, and a large fries ??McDonald's is good for when no one in the house has energy to cook ??
Coffee was warm not hot. Stafg forgot to add the sugar to my coffe. Staff was too slow and not friendly the day
