Happy Hour ? again, finally.... Kaylee, our server, recommended excellent choices ?
We had the strangest experience at this restaurant. My Husband and I decided to give this restaurant a try. We arrived at 410 to beat the crowds. When we arrived only 2 tables had been set outside. My husband put our name in and was told 5 min wait. 15 mins later we check on the table and were then told 10 mins. We watched 3 other tables get seated, 2 of them just sat them selves. Huh? what’s going on, we go back and ask again and then we are told “we would need to wait a while”. Then asked to speak with a Manager. The Manager never came, so went back in a the rudest hostess we have ever experienced she said “I’ve been trying to get his attention” as she was just standing behind the desk talking with another hostess. At that point we were now very upset ( I had to ask twice for the Managers name)and the hostess finally gave me the Managers name - Andrew. This was honestly to worst experience we have had at a restaurant due to the rudeness of this hostess. Everyone understands if a restaurant is understaffed but the way we were treated by this hostess was awful. So Andrew, if your reading this, we are contacting your corporate office.
Smells are amazing. Sandwiches and burgers were great. Excellent portions. The Beef Brisket left something to be desired. Pricey and fat filled. Got 1 cup of coffee. No refill. Would have been 5 stars.
The sides are surprisingly the best thing here, and I am from Tennessee so I know my BBQ!We had the brisket (fatty and chewy) with mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts (actually very good). Alabama white sauce is delicious as well.We had a gift card but if it was up to us, we would never voluntarily go back for date night lol.
Went for son's birthday dinner and everything was excellent. Steak was perfectly cooked and mashed potatoes were amazing. Great service.
Service was the best. Every need we had was delivered with a smile. We had the Califlower sandwich with a choice of side. We are hooked. The baked beans, biscuits with honey butter and Macaroni and Cheese never disappoint. The food is always consistent. Order the watermelon tea. You won't regret the choice. We are definately going back for a repeat of the meal we had.
I just happened upon this restaurant looking for a good place to eat. They seated me quickly and the staff was very friendly. My server, Keilan, was great. With my iced tea, he brought a wonderful biscuit with honey butter. I ordered the nachos with pulled pork and specified no cilantro. It was perfect. I just wish I had had room to finish it. Everything was delicious.
Tri tip and chicken were average. Cornbread was bad. Mashed potatoes ok. Kids liked the mac and cheese, and sauteed veggies. Biscuits were good. Stonefire grill a better option
Good food, our server was very helpful and nice. Our party got the family platter and it was a lot of food, but wortu it if you want to try a bit of everything.
This was my first time going to this chain and I was extremely impressed. The staff, food, and general establishment were exceptional. I went with a group of people and everyone was satisfied with their meals. We had no complaints. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if they enjoy a classic BBQ experience.
