They gave me no utensils or napkins in the drive through my food was cold and I believed they overcharged me they didn't give me a receipt. If you use the drive thru make sure you have what you need before you drive off.
I would put 0 stars if allowed. Christmas eve i was the last order or the day. I was told over the phone and in person they closed at 6pm. That was a lie. I spent 50 dollars on a family meal and didn't even get what I ordered. For one the skin fell off the chicken. Mac and cheese was cold and old looking. No biscuits came with my meal. I was supposed to get 8. My meal was completely [email protected]$! By the manager gulge. They were closed Christmas day. Couldn't get it resolved then. I called the 26th and was told I will not get a refund. This is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, and makes you thieves! Dont go here in tustin. You get better service in santa ana no joke!
They rarely get the order right and they chicken is super oily
Not good at all because I ordered online and asked for condiments, etc. I was given partial condiments and no spoon/fork for my Cole Slaw (am I supposed to eat it with my fingers or what?)It was my FIRST time there and now my LAST.
