I eat lunch at Jersey Mikes Subs in Tustin atleast once a week and the service is always the Best. The staff there is truly Amazing. Stéphanie and Michelle and Carolina are always so sweet and call me by my first name Mark every time I walk in. They have even memorized my lunch order. The quality is also really good and everything is always so fresh. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
I’m usually here at least once a week. Today was a bad experience as my usual. There were 2 girls in there around 3:30p I walked straight in stood in front to order one of the girls “short Hispanic girl” having a full conversation with another employee not even acknowledging me as I stand there. I start to tell her my order but I can see in her face like she was annoyed I interrupted her conversation. Cashes my out no “Thank you” just walks off after I ran my card through “still with an annoying look in her face” If you don’t like your job just quit

Pricey but the food is really good. I got the large Philly with grilled onions and cheese and it was amazing. Their app is really easy to use

Bad service and bad job on food. A normal BLT does NOT come with onions. Unless someone tells you to add onions they dont belong on a blt. Also making people wait for you to complete your catering orders is a bad look when you have people in line.

This location opens at 10:00 am, I came by to get a sandwich(number 3). Marco was the cashier, he was very helpful and courteous. The food was great, place looks neat and clean. Located in the corner of Newport Ave. And Main Street in Tustin, next to Kean coffee shop.
