Today we stopped by for a smoothie bowl and got home to enjoy it as we usually do and it was literally like soup. Mind you our drive home is less then 5 minutes. We returned to the store and Hector had the worst customer service He said if we drive a long distance that happens (less then 5) he said if he remade them it would be the same thing… needless to say we got our money back and will not be returning to that store.
Anthony had the best customer service at this location. He was extremely attentive, kind and helpful and made such a difference. It's very rare to receive great customer service now a days and Anthony really turned my bad day that I was having upside down. Thank you again Anthony!
