I come here every Thursday night after rock climbing for happy hour! The food is really good and I left a 5 star review just for that.But DANIEL is probably the best server I've ever had at any restaurant, enough to warrant an edit to my review. He is extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and such a great person to have serve you. 11/10 would come back again.
Food was ok but there are couple of things that took the stars away. First thing is the sauce bottles are quite dirty and very sticky. I have to wipe my finger every time after touching them, and the sticky stuff is very hard to get rid of with napkins. Secondly the service is quite chaotic like the others mentioned, waited forever for somebody to take our credit card. It almost felt like we could have walked out there without paying and nobody would notice
The food was good, we ate bunch of it. But our server was not coherent at all. We ordered 2 meat lovers menu which is for 2 people, and we were a party of 4. Each package should've arrived with a 6 meet plates, but our table only got 10. When we explained this to the server he looked confused. It was very chaotic. The rice arrived very late even though we kept asking. Some of the meat were delicious some were not. I would recommend the restaurant but i dont think I will go there again. I hope when you try it you will get a better server than ours.
I am in bliss from this delicious meal I had. All the meat was delicious and the happy hour specials were also great ^^
Good food the wait was a little long but they were slammed when we got there. By far and away the worst thing is the parking lot. It only holds about 10 cars which is about 20 less than it should.
The food is okay (chain restaurants have the same quality food almost everywhere). The service was kinda messy, they made mistake on our order twice and the orders came to our table really late.

Great place for families. We are a family of 5. Ordered the Shogun and a tower of beer. More food than we can handle but was delicious. Our server Christian, and manager Oscar were amazing. Made my daughters 13yr birthday memorable. Service was great! Thank you to all the staff!!
Their blender has been broken for two months at least and I found a hair in my noodles today(put it on my napkin). We ordered four yaki Shabu meat and they brought us two saying it was four. Having eaten here before I knew it wasn’t the correct amount. They did bring us the correct amount after I said something but I’d feel bad for someone who didn’t know the portion sizes. I really love this restaurant but not this location:/ I would have said something about the hair but my boyfriend said it would be rude…
I couldn’t be more impressed. We are here for the first time and ordered the meat lovers combo. For two big eaters, there was plenty of food for my husband and I. All the meats had unique flavors and the sauces combined so well!! Not only that but the manager Oscar and our waiter Andrew were so genuine and kind. They took the time to chat with us and also had good jokes! Lol. Great environment and unique fun experience. I’ve never been so impressed with a restaurant experience overall. Will be going again!
