First time going to the Tustin location and it will be the last one!!! It wasnât busy yet food took about 20 min to get to us. They sat us at the very back area where they had a big group party that were been super super noisy!!! Server overall was ok he came to get us refills and ask how everything was but I still wouldnât go back. Lastly my husbands wet burrito didnât taste good he said it taste like tomato can sauce ð¤¢
I was very disappointed with the service and if I could I'd give it zero stars. We were seated right away but our order was taken in 15-20 minutes. Our drinks also took a while and then our food took forever. I saw how frustrated other families were. Keep in mind there were not many families to begin with at this location considering it was father's day and it had so many empty tables. We waited almost an hour for our food. Until finally only half of our table got their food but no cutlery was given to you, you had to ask for it. Then to make things worse the other half of our table had to wait more than half an hour for their food and they also had to ask for cutlery. I watched as other families were very upset after waiting an hour for service and left. The place looked like it was well staffed but we kept getting told the kitchen was held back. I'm guessing they only had one cook. After, we were ready to just leave we went to the front to pay and some of the workers in the front gave us annoyed glances and laughed because we were supposed to wait at the table but let's be real with how slow things were it wasn't going to get done. I didn't find it funny at all. So our server came and handled it and they told us how we were patient and how others were so angry and left and we understood but again not okay. Of course we tipped and we weren't going to make a scene either because of how bad the service/treatment was, it was very unprofessional! Do not come to this location unless you want to wait hours and waste your time! Honestly, just go somewhere else because for the prices anything else is way better.
Took about 20 min just to get chips and salsa, food took another hour, Slow Service, poor customer service.
Not enough servers. Waiters at tables were great. Taco bar great. Other food area mediocre.
Waited for ever for our omelettes but weâre still in correct and missing cheese. Long lines at every station When you finally get your turn they barley served you anything . And for bottomless mimosas that was a joke
Food was good but everything runs out quick like flan, enchiladas and it takes them a hot minute to go get more

We had not eaten at this location for awhile. The food was good as always, but a short kitchen staff meant over an hour’s wait for our food. We complained and all the manager offered was a 10% discount - we will not return.
Waited an hour for our food. Coffee was cold. Got both my nephews orders wrong. I ordered the fajitas that came with steak, shrimp and chicken. The shrimp were the size of the ones you get in a cup noodle soup. Ridiculous. This was on mother's day for Hispanic culture. We still tipped the waitress 40 bucks. We got a discount because the manager saw how the service was bad. Poor guy. Place just wasn't well staffed I guess. My nephew got food poisoning from the burrito.
Had an appt at 2:45 and was not seated till an hour later so many other parties there in similar situations as well. Why have reservations if you’re not going to honor them
