The foods is always good but there were 5 people in line at closing time and they seemed to be rushing.
Restaurant is dirty. Enjoy food containers left about. It's taking forever to get our food and it's not even busy.
To me - the flavoring on their chicken is Devine. A caution - check inside .. I got 12 piece dinner but got 5 wings and 2 tiny legs. I am sure it is probably due to supply chain issues. APRILL 22 - these are the times. I definitely will go back. But will check before leaving.
Really great experience. I ordered from the drive thru and the cashiers named Robert and Adrian has amazing and friendly personalities!! They made my daughters laugh from the back seat and I had to give them each a tip. I'm definitely going back because of them and hope to see them at my next visit. We need more people like them in this world. Keep up the good work ??
Order a 8 pc. Meal, they said it comes with 2 sides, salad, and churros.But got home and had mashed potatoes, but NO gravy, had the dressing, but NO salad, tortilla soup, but NO crunchy tortillas chips.I try calling. NO answer.Very disappointed of the service.
Waited 20 minutes for this location to open. Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes after they opened and no one answered. I drove up to the window just to be told they’re not open yet because the cashier is working on getting the tea ready. Not the first bad experience either. Customer service is horrible but I love pollo loco but definitely won’t be back.
I have ta say, I was really disappointed with the service and food today. The girl in the drive thru window acted pretty rude and had the attitude like she didn't wanna even be there. The tacos I ordered were horrible, they hardly had any meat in them. I will never go back there. They really should have a talk with the works there.
I wanted to get protein in after my workout but it turns out they didn’t have chicken. How is it called “El Pollo Loco” with no pollo?!. This is not the first time an inconvenience has happened at this location. The customer service is very poor and so is management.
Absolutely horrible customer service!!! This place is ran by maniacs. The managers shouldn't be working in customer service and the chicken tinga taste like Raccoon Elbows!! However, the Beans were very good. The mashed potatoes werent mixed fully and I got a bite full of powder. The avocado sauce was super watery and this one young lady was beyond rude when I called and complained. Never go to this restaurant!!! I rather eat taco bell wings than eat anything here.
I ordered the pozole and they put it in a coffee cup. The guy was very rude, just handed me the food the took off to the back with another guy. I got home, no chips, spoon, napkins and no receipt.
