This hidden gem is simply delicious and super affordable. The tortillas are made to order and their meats are cooked perfectly and flavorful.They have an awesome salsa bar with great selections. The staff is friendly and patient with your order.I try to come here once a week for their breakfast burrito.
Moved from San Diego to OC 6 years ago and El Habanero is the best all around mexican food my family and I have found in OC.

foods was ok. for togo order every bad customer service. they have salsa stand for salsa but only give it to you a small cups . if you asking more cup for $50 orders, they ask you to pay for extra $5.00.

This is mine and my boyfriend’s favorite authentic Mexican food to go to! The menudo with hominy hits home and is extra yummy when you are hungover! I live their tacos which are made with homemade tortillas. Keep in mind, their food is made to order, so be patient while you wait for your food! The staff is super friendly and attentive! We will definitely come again!!
Loved this place. Food was amazing and super reasonably priced. Tortillas are made fresh and were delicious. However, we went for breakfast but they didn't serve coffee. Walked to the nearby 7-11 for coffee.
Been coming here for years for their fresh pupusas, curtido, and salsa.
