Always extremely slow. 2 of the 6ish people there are on top of it. Consistently out of sandwiches. App will still let you order them though. When they are out of food and don’t have alternatives, they are not able to refund your money locally. Instead they expect you to call customer service yourself. Todays ordeal was the toaster was broken. Whether it is that or just being out, this is the third time my order has not been fulfilled in the last two months. Never coming back to this location. Local management needs to figure it out.
Ordered bagel bites. They told me they only had the chive and onion ones. Okay got it since that's the ones I wanted. They gave me my order and it had the plain ones. Ordered a sandwich on a an English muffin. They said they had no plain bagels to make it on, pointed out that it's actually on English muffin, they repeated they had no plain bagels. At that point we gave up and said okay put it on an everything bagel, sandwich was made on a sesame bagel.
Occasionally my orders are wrong, and service can be a bit slow at times, but overall happy to have a Dunkin location close by.
Went in this morning 7:50 AM to order my usual bagel, they tell me they have bagels but will not make any food because they are busy. So what about all the people in the drive thru stuck in line, will they get food?4th time with problems there. I am done tried to give them more chances. Forget it will go to Noah's Bagels across the parking lotMy husband's first trip to this Location says he will NEVER go there again. Told me to give them 0 stars.
This place is buzzing in the morning. Tons of workers getting orders ready for pick an drive thru so the wait can be a little long. The cashier needs to be trained to remove his glove when handling money then food. Watched the cashier with the same glove in one hand the entire time, he packed boxes of donuts, helped customers with payment, and prepped their orders - all with the same glove in one hand.
Requested Brown Sugar Syrup on my latte drink and they said Brown Sugar is discontinued, sound like a lie when I had other locations before this one offers it. And how is brown sugar is discontinued when Brown Sugar Oats Latte is on the menu!?!?!?!
Drive thru service so slow, been here for half hour, still 4 cars in front of me. Not recommended
Liked their 2 for 6 breakfast croissants. But they discontinued them .tried their 2 dollar wrap and found it to be a waste of money. 3 bites and your done
This place is a rip off. I got the same 3 wthings with in the last week and got charged 3 different prices. Seems like it depends on who's working. Avoid this place.
I went through the drive thru and there were probably 3 cars in front of me and i sat at the order here section of the drive thru for 10 minutes before someone took my order. I would be understanding if someone said one second and i’ll take your order but literally silence for 10 minutes.
