I ordered from here online and when it arrived it all seemed good until I got inside and opened the pizza and the most horrible smell like rot and throw up where what this pizza smelled like. (The ingredients they used where clearly and inexcuseivly rotten) I immediately throw it out and do not recommend ordering from here unless you like food poisoning.
One of the worst delivery experiences I've had. This dominos location is GREAT for pickup. Awful for delivery. Took nearly 30 minutes to "prepare" my pizza. Another 45 for baking and "delivery." Website showed that the pizza was "delivered" yet I hadn't received the pizza. Will not be utilizing the delivery option at this location again in the future.
Ordered from Tustin location March 15th and the delicious, vivacious Philly Cheese Steak Pizza had an extreme amount of toppings on it and was indeed very scrumptious tonight. If anyone has not tried the Philly please by all means try it. ????
I’ve ordered from this place several times and every time the order arrives as cold as ice. The place is 5 minutes away from where I live. How on earth can they deliver a pizza cold in such short distance?Thankfully, there’s no shortage of pizza joints in the neighborhood. So, goodbye Domino’s.
I never have had a problem when going in for my order but today my pizza wasn’t ready when the app said to head in there and it wasn’t even boxed yet. I think this store needs more woman employees as I saw only men and it looked like they engage in conversation a lot
We ordered two medium specialty pizzas and pineapple jalapeño chicken bites for a total of $73. We live 1.4 miles from the store, yet Dominos’ tracking showed the driver going to a drop off 8 miles from our home. The pizzas arrived at our house 1 and a half hour after the order was placed. The pizzas were stone cold. I called the store and was placed on hold three times, I had to explain the situation each time. They contacted the driver who reported the pizzas were hot on delivery. I really hate it when people assign blame to the victim. The ONLY restitution was send new pizzas. I demanded a refund, she put me on hold again. She came back on the line and said they’ll refund my money is 5 to 7 days. Then she hung up on me.
They're Dominos skills are starting to fail. & then they don't seem to care when you complain about your messed up order anymore
I always order pizzas here but yesterday's work team was very slowly ordered 2 pizzas and 3 buffalo wings orders at 8:10 pm online at 9:20 pm I receive the notification from track my order and they were just going to put them in the oven How is it possible that it took 1 hour and 10 to put the items in, I called the store and the guy who answered i couldn’t understand anything what he said I had to cancel the order. Company needs to put more attention specifically on the managers on duty
So I don't know about you guys but I love Domino's for their garlic crust. Yum. The Domino's location on Newport Blvd in Tustin just can't get their customer orders right. About 2 out of 3 deliveries, I end up with plain non garlic crust. What a BUST!!! So today, I even called the store immediately after I placed my order on the app. The person on the other end who barely spoke English (why would he be the one answering the phone?) was able to pull my order up. I asked him to please make sure they get the crust garlic crust. He barely understood me. Then he offered free this or that thinking they had messed up on my order. I said I don't want anything free. I just want to make sure they get my order right. Lo and behold!... they got it wrong. Just plain no flavor crust again.... I am done with that location.
