We always go to this location very good customer service and yummy ice cream.
Expensive, i guess we pay for the show. Owner/woman seem rude to the staff, might have been new but still. Ice cream was ok, nothing special
From all ice-creams in the world this is the best. I won't share my top flavors since I want them available but I do need this location to be successful so I can return to get more so here I'm. It is obviously expensive and takes time so just be patient is ice-cream!, it will pay-off (get the signature milk) if you are milk intolerant then disregard the endorsement. Lastly, I been to other locations and this is my fave, the worst was Newport ohhh no no. we used to go to one in costa mesa but it closed so please help this business to succeed please! some of us love it.
This creamistry is different from all the rest! I don't know how but their portions for flavoring are always perfect! I have been to other ones and the chocolate is not as good or the coconut base is grainy! But this place always makes it right, the ocean cream always tastes good and it's always so creamy! ? I will always come back to this one, they have spoiled me ?
Stopped in on a warm day to try this place out. On one hand, the ice cream is really good - super creamy and the freezing process with the nitrogen ensures you won’t have a melty mess in a few minutes, which is awesome. On the other hand, it IS pretty expensive for the portion size you receive and the taste/texture mostly felt like Coldstone with a harder freeze.
Overall poor experience. The chocolate ice cream did not at all taste like chocolate. They were out of a lot of stuff, making it so we couldn't order some of the specialty items on their menu. The prices are expensive and the scoops are skimpy! For three of us it was over $30.
$12 for basically two scoops of ice cream. Feeling ripped off...
No tables and chairs to use when waiting for order. It took about 25 minutes from placing order to get ice creams. It was already few people waiting including one tired elderly woman and two little girls. When their mom asked if they can use restroom, they were told it’s out of service. Other places around don’t use Covid as an excuse for not maintaining restrooms and seats any longer. Those two girls noticed something on the counter with ice cream machines. They were excited so I looked and spotted… cockroach. Ice creams didn’t taste as good as from other locations, but that could be personal. Luckily didn’t have any surprises in it.
Amazing ice cream but worst customer service here. The owner is awful, won’t come back to this location again.
Yes it takes a while! & that’s why it’s so much better than every pre-made ice cream around :)
