The food quality was good, but the portions were so-so. The seating is metal and very uncomfortable. I would have given more stars, but the manager did not offer himself or an employee to help carry out an extremely large order probably close to 8 to 10 boxes of food, and the customer was by himself. It really makes a difference when it comes to the little things such as offering help, considering they "looked" fully staffed with only one client in line.

So I was told to contact corporate about my suggestion, is the was we are now you can’t asked a question is to why something is. I only ask if they are doing Half a spoon to make you buy extra now I get it more money for the company but why not go back to the way it was. I was not rude the your employee that he was rude back to me. And I was not the only person that this happened to the guy 3 people behind me had to do the same thing so I don’t think it was just me $15 for food I should be able to ask a question about it

Oh my goodness I've visited so many Chipotle and this is the only one that knows how to cook rice brown and white. Thank goodness. I was about to stop going to the cause it was getting Ri-Diculous!!!!!

They laughed at my small talk and sometimes if you talk to them enough they get distracted and give you more food?‍♂️

It’s not the same Chipotle I remembered. Rude service (not the cashier, but by the servers, including a young woman who shorten my servings of meat and a middle aged Hispanic male who was surly at best) I will be writing to corporate to issue a complaint. Do not come to this restaurant - go to another Chipotle in Orange County. Zero Claws if I could. Joe G Bear

Just wanted quacamole on the side. Didn't bother. The appearance was pure mush aka overly smashed and to light green, perhaps quac not getting ripe enough. Way to creamy and other ingredients barely recognizable.

Would give Chipotle 10 stars. One of the best American institutions which offers best food at a great value. They also offer opportunities for high school kids for part time jobs.

It was better than the last time I was there, which was several years ago...

Mask not properly worn by a staff member. Protocol for efficiency was poor. I placed an online order. Despite it being quite slow with in person orders, it didn’t seem like employees preparing in person orders could help alleviate the backup of online orders. Numerous orders ran 15+ minutes late beyond the promised delivery time. Quite a few of us stood waiting for our online order while the in person line was empty. The whole point of pre-ordering using their mobile app is to get in and get out. Pick up or online orders is done from that shelf. Every time an order is finished, they just toss it on the shelf so everyone who was waiting had to approach the shelf and check it repeatedly. They don’t announce a finished order even when it was backed up and they were running behind.

I have to say it. Food, customer service is always good and the homemade guacamole. The best
