Dirty restaurant! Employees are distracted when taking orders!
So reason for ordering on the app before getting to the restaurant is that your food is ready in minutes by the time you get there. Yet I still had to wait some ten minutes just standing to pick up. They really need to change this. No one even asked what order I was waiting for or to have a seat. I asked in the instructions to have lemon sliced added to my drink not on the side, but they ignored that. Chicken strips are also very tiny. At least it was hot. But the fries were soggy and full of crumbs.
Waited 20 minutes in the drive through just for them to tell me they stopped serving breakfast. I get being busy but for Christ’s sake, I shouldn’t have to be turned away at a fast food restaurant because it takes you 20 minutes to serve four customers. Either figure out how to serve people a little quicker, or give a five minute grace period for your breakfast menu. This is literally the only chic fila that I have experienced this issue at, I will never come to this specific location again.
My favorite neighborhood Chik-Fil-A location, never let's me down in terms os service, usually I opt for the drive through service. Great work by management always to keep an eye on how the busy the drive through is in order to make the decision by adding an extra employee to expedite the line. I can always rely on this location and its employees to provide friendly, consistent, reliable, quick and fast service.
completely run by trainees with one manager in charge. didn't receive utensils and when I started drinking my shake it was cookies and cream rather than chocolate, which would be ok if I wasn't allergic to gluten, one of the main ingredients in the oreos used to make the shake. when I went back in to switch my shake out, a trainee named Zainab made a rude comment about her coworker about how he was the one who messed up the shake rather than just apologizing and replacing it. I should have asked for a refund... Mistakes are made but the rude comment made for an uncomfortable environment
Chick fil A food is always good. But today at this location, something was missing. My order was wrong, plus they didn't give us utensils. Also I don't know who assign the duties here but they had an employee, a lady in her 70's +, mopping the floors. She was putting her best efforts to complete the assignment, but it was heartbreaking to see her doing a great job, and the young employees messing the clients orders on the drive through. By the way a guy with a blue shirt was in between them.
Food was good as always, but I think my picture explains the issue here, I was about to put a curly hair into my mouth. I wasn’t given a receipt which is annoying(I’ll be sure to get one every single time after this) I’m gonna need someone from chick fil a to reach out to me because this is disgusting and unacceptable.
My wife had a baby last night and the first meal she wanted was chick fil a. I wasn’t able to leave to go to chick fil a until 10:50. Isaac took my order over the phone and stayed after closing to give me our order.Amazing service. Lifelong customer. Thank you Isaac and team!
Great and friendly staff, also fast services even though they were a bit crowded at the time.
They NEVER fill your fries up when you order a Large. You pay for a large but end up getting fries amount of a small or medium. They totally take advantage of these little things and rip you off.
