Excellent and welcoming service and outstanding delicious food. I very recommend this place!
It was quite an experience for my 13 yo and 11 yo sons. They are accustomed to burgers and pizza kind of food, so high end dining for them is unthinkable. But the visit to Chang'An was a great experience for them, especially introducing them to the "REAL" Chinese food. We will be back but not often due to the price.
Roasted Duck sliced and served at your table. It had an extraordinary burst of flavors. My pallette gave it a perfect 10. Great ambience and our server Frank and Ted did a remarkable job. Will be going back!
While expensive, this restaurant doesn't provide a particularly inspirational experience. There were some excellent tasting dishes, including the duck, with just the right crunch. Some food was not up to the expense. The atmosphere and experience as well as the decor were excellent.Overall, I would give it a 4.5 star rating if I could. But given the price. I have to round it down to four stars.
Food was just okay, doesn't worth the price at all and tastes much worse than any food I had in actual chang'an(Xi'an). The most disappointing thing is the service, you can't never imagine to get such service in such high price restaurant. The duck is good but it's rediculous to charge twenty dollars just for getting some more sauce. And it doesn't make sense that you only get one duck per table. If you go as two people and you get a duck, but if you go with ten people you still can get only one duck. perhaps the CEO of this restaurant need to retake some math class in kindergarten. just don't waste money at this place you can find tons of delicious food with lower price in other Chinese restaurant.
Like many reviewers stated, the price does not justify the quality of food. It's good, just need to lower the price. Customer service was friendly and nice atmosphere.

Was in the mood for duck and decided to come to Chang'an with my family. It was an amazing experience, from the food to the service. Just all around amazing. The duck was probably my favorite out of everything. The cocktails were amazing as well which I was told they recently started serving. I will definitely be coming back especially when for the drinks. All around amazing experience and will be back for sure.
Was in the area and decided to give this place a try. The decor was amazing, when I walked in I felt like I wasn’t even in Tustin anymore. The extremely pleasant host got me sat right away. I wasn’t sure what to get so I asked my server for suggestions. Everything he suggested was amazing. I also ordered a few cocktails and they were delicious. Will definitely be back in tustin just to eat here again. Definitely give it a try.
