They have the standard Carl's menu and seem to take some pride in preparing good and in a timely manner

Hot honey chicken combo. Luke warm sandwich and fries. Not sure where or when the chicken was hand breaded and fried. Fries were limp. Most disappointing Carl's experience in 20 years.

For once the burger ordered looked like the advertisement... freshly made...tasted great... fries good as well... nice job Carl's Jr. Also beats sitting in the In and Out line next door.... cons... freezing inside to eat AC had to been set in 60s...stepped outside to but unfortunately the furniture was dirty ... a hose down could go along way

What’s not to like? In a town plagued with restaurants intent on closing as early as possible, Carl’s Jr. is one of the latest places open when you need a bite to eat late at night. At 1:30am I got chicken tenders and a famous star. The food was ready quickly and served hot. Got no complaints.

Came here today for lunch, just looking for burgers. After a 20 minute wait in line, we finally got our food- somehow, a double cheeseburger combo with no lettuce, no tomato turned into a lettuce wrap with only one patty, for the price of what I had ordered. When I tried to call the district manager, I got sent straight to voicemail, when I tried to leave a review, it said my receipt had expired (weird, considering I had ordered 20 minutes ago), and when I call the store itself, I get sent to a fax machine. I decided to bite the bullet and just eat the food, only to find out it was cold to the touch. I find this seriously unacceptable

On Tues July 27, '21, at Tustin Market Place Carl's at 4:15, the politest, most helpful cashier and order taker helped me with a 2 cheeseburger special for about $7. I will return to this Carl's now repetitively on work breaks due to his helpful kindness. Thank you! -Lydia, OC Contractor

Decent quality Carl's jr. Had me coming back. Today i am here, it is 6:15 and they are still not open.

Food was good but the cashier left 5 times before finishing our 3 person order to take drive through orders felt very unimportant and took an added 5 minutes just to order.

Service through the drive thru was reasonably quick. Prices have gone up dramatically to the point where it was almost $10 per person. That's a little steep for run of the mill fast food and definitely not reflective of the amount of food obtained. Not a good value any more. On the upside, the food was prepared well, served hot and the list of available beverages has grown.

Friendly staff and great chicken sandwich.
