Dirty and slow, Stay away.Dirty cups... so disgusting to realize after drinking some of your water, that the cup has caked on dirt.Bathrooms are FILTHY.Kitchen is super slow and wait staff are understaffed, yet they have 2 hostesses doing nothing. This restaurant is ran by people who don't care, or are not mentally capable of running a restaurant.It should not take 40ish minutes to get pizzas out of the kitchen... especially with half the tables empty, that is just pathetic, if I was the manager I would be embarrassed to run such a place.Overpriced mediocrity... the new normal...
Sad location, no one greats as you walk in (not a big deal) but it's unclear if you seat yourself since they have a desk at the entrance with a clipboard but no one's there.Washed hands and the bathroom reeks of urine. Staff is chatting with each other, walking around, one guy gives me a nod, but no one cares to take an order. After waiting for 5 minutes and looking everybody in the in the eyes, I decided to just leave. Disappointed with this location, will never return here
Dined here, Sam was my waitress and bartender she was incredible. Hilarious and attentive. She was best, food was great too.
Extremely poor quality food.The only reason why I didn't do 1 star is because I didn't try the pizza.3-pieces of tiny chicken in a CHICKEN DISH.My appetizer came out with Main meal.Kung Pao spaghetti is as lame as it sounds.CPK is bad. Save it for the kids if anything.
Service was quick, cleanliness at the table wasn't the best but food was great.
I came in today with my Dad around 11:50am and was assisted by Jack (Caucasian, fair skin, roughly 5’11-6’2”, slim build, early 20s). Jack was very insincere, rude, and unapologetic. I believe that my father and I were discriminated against because we were Asian. He is a racist! It is unbelievable that an establishment like CPK with such high core values would employ someone with so much indecency and incompetence. I made two orders for the Original BBQ Chicken Pizza and upon arrival it was prepared for pick up. My father and I paid using a gift card and we had to pay the remaining balance. We tried to use a credit card to pay the remaining balance but it seemed that their system was down. Jack, however, did not disclose this and instead stood by the cash register and was heavily flicking our credit card. He was very fidgety. We finally were notified by another staff member that told us what was going on. Eventually, he got one of CPK’s staff to assist him. We were told that we had to wait for IT (tech support) to resolve the system issue unless we paid the remaining balance with cash. My father and I proceeded to pay with cash and when we were waiting for our change he just walked away. He essentially assumed that the change we were to receive was insignificant. Apparently, the cash register was short of money. Had Jack disclosed this information with me, I would’ve been fine and went on with my day. However, he didn’t and gave me an insincere look. I had to get another staff member to get extra money for Jack to give us back the correct amount of money. When Jack finally got the money, he decided to take his time to count it and then rudely handed me the change. This is unacceptable! He didn’t bother to smile or say his farewell to me on my way out. Moreover, he didn’t provide us with the napkins, bread, and oil that I requested. I do want to point out that the other staff that was working at that time were very friendly and helpful!
It's been a few years since I've eaten at CPK and it was surprisingly good. I had the Shrimp Alfredo Fettuccine and a salad. Fettuccine was really good and my salad was outstanding with everything that was in it.
Food tastes good, but the takeout portion size is very small and not worth the price they're charging.
Met friends for lunch . We were seated right away - was clean & many choices on the menu.
