Great taste but small portions and a bit pricey. I ordered the Vegetarian and Fish thali using the delivery option. The food tasted authentic but sadly the portions were too small as in the picture. I think their dine-in option might be more cost effective.
Stumbled in here on accident. Absolutely amazing food. I had the goat thali platter. It was deliciously spicy. Not painfully hot, just enough spice to make it interesting. And the flavors. My god the flavors. There were 10 different side dishes to accompany my portion of goat. 2 people could eat this. The value of this platter is immense. By far the most note worthy culinary experience I’ve had this year.
Taste of food is good. Nice and clean restaurant. However the portions were less. Size of Medu Vada was definitely small. Also once I had a take out and received only 3 pieces of chicken in a curry for like $15.Service is fast and overall good ambience.
We went for a birthday treat on a weekday. It was not crowded, but there are still lots of pickups. The menu is online and able to choose it quickly. The food tastes really good. It is spicy, but that how Indian dishes should be.It is a good experience and we will go again.
For authentic south Indian dishes I always come here. My favorite here is the Mutton biriyani. I have been to other places around and could not feel any authenticity for south Indian dishes. This is the only place that made me feel like home.I visit here biweekly whenever I am in town. And would totally recommend anyone who is interested in south Indian dishes.
First time at this location. Food was yummy, but very spicy. I had rava dosa and appam. If you can’t handle spicy food, then I would stay away. Their mild -medium was way too spicy for me.
The food was yummy and delivered on time, the dosa was so thin that kids enjoyed it a lot. We ordered 6-7 different dishes and all of them good.
Fish thali and falooda was good. Chicken biryani not that great. I may have to try other dishes since I saw many people dining with different foods.
When we first came to the restaurant, there were no customers. We were skeptical of the place, but it didn’t scare us away. Then when our order came out, we were shocked of the size of the portion and the presentation. The food was phenomenal. I’ve experienced other Indian cuisine, but this one is one of a kind. Their menu has many options. I highly recommend Anjappar. Don’t forget to bring your friends and family.
Very Tasty Food in Anjappar Tustin. Authentic Anjappar Tasty food that we Tasted in INDIA.The Mutton Bone Soup is excellent with rich flavor of mutton and pepper, Natukoli Rasam is also very nice bit more spicy than Mutton Bone Soup, Tastes very Good.Chicken 65 is outstanding. Tasty starter.Tried Mutton and Nattukoli Biriyani. Both were good but I personally liked Nattukoli Biriyani than Mutton. Both are cooked in different type of rice I guess Nattukoli have Long Rice and flavor is also very Good.Dessert: Falooda is superb.Excellent Service. Staffs were very nice.Missed to take Photos. Will Visit again and post review with Photos next time :).
