Food is always cold and something is always wrong with the order. Usually we will make the longer drive to the one across town because they have better service.Had a co-worker order a chicken sandwich and got back to the office only to fine chili. Today I ordered apple slices since my son doesn’t like fries only to find fries and no slices. Go to call Wendy’s to let them know and the number listed is a fax number
Every single time I come here something ALWAYS gets forgotten. Napkins, straws, food, drink carriers; you name it. Food is hardly ever ready ahead of time when you order online. Trying to apply any rewards is hit-or-miss depending on if the employees actually remember to include it. Long wait times even if it's just 1 or 2 people ahead of you.Food is fine, I guess. It's fast-food so it's whatever.
Enjoy the Salads, chili, potatoes, etc. I love the pecan chicken apple salad, which I had tonight, it was tasty, fresh and huge for 1 person. Quality ingredients and the drive thru was fast and very nice staff. Perfect place for when you are in a pinch and need a quick meal.
This Wendy's is... Decent as far as the food is concerned. Someone's the buns not so fresh, but this place is always fast in getting your food to you and have had no problems with order accuracy. I eat here at least 1x per week.
The food was cold $ 30.36 . But the manager at the time said come with in the next week and we will gladly replace it all. I normally compliment business s but this time I had to say something. But I will go back because of how my complaint was handled. The service was great tho

Definitely hit or miss... it used to be a decent Wendy's, but it's gone way down hill. Recently they've been having some "problems with their system," only taking orders from the app, and closing hours early. I don't know what's going but I mainly go to Wendy's for a frosty(who doesn't) and I've been to this location twice recently, both times there was a reason they couldn't make them. They said they're either out of frostys or the machines not working. So disappointing!
My husband always preferred Wendy’s but the last two visits were very disappointing the hamburgers were hard, cold, overcooked as if on the counter many hours. I will never go there again.
So disappointed with Wendys lately. What's really going on when there is a sign on the drive-thru speaker telling us what they don't have--- three different trips the sign was up there---and the days were not back to back--like weeks apart---the sign says we are out of, baked potato (understandable), french fries and buns. Buns----whattttt? I get that there is a shortage on stuff but wholey moley. I'll let that janky sign speak for itself. idk.
Wendy's has changed the size of there chili. The small chilli is really small and the large chilli is the size the small use to be. The price on everything is going up and the portion sizes are getting smaller...Not to mention lousy service! The food is cold they count the napkins and ketchup. No spoons!
