The barista that helped me today really impressed me. She took interest in asking me what were my plans for the day and was genuinely polite & kind. I wanted a hot coffee with a sweet carmel taste so she suggested an cafe' americano. Mmmmm...at first it wasn't sweet enough so she suggested adding some vanilla cream and extra carmel. ( Double Mmmm.) Her name was Katie I think. Thank you
I came to Starbucks yesterday and was greeted by a lovely lobby sign was closed until 630 am on 5/29/22. I get that short staffing happens but when I walked up to the window to retrieve my mobile order a worker named Daisy rudely said I couldn’t do that and needed to go to drive through. When going through drive through I was scolded the same way I scold my child. I was the only person there, but she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience. What an experience I’ve received here. I have a busy schedule (like everyone else) and don’t appreciate the attitude. I’m more upset I was already running late or I would’ve spoken to whoever else was in charge. Aside from this employee this store is a 5/5!
Got my favorite coffee, lol I always forget the name of it, they made it just the way I asked, it was perfect, and the lady at the window was extremely nice, so I appreciate that very much

Super annoyed because I ordered a pikes place, but they gave me an americano thinking I wouldn’t be able to taste a difference. I know Starbucks will do that when they don’t have fresh brewed pikes, but it’s awful that they don’t let us know. It’s an obvious taste difference. Plus the temperature of the drink is a big giveaway as well.
They never have drinks and when they do have them and make them they taste terrible with no creamer at all just coffee.
Good as any other Starbucks but always seems to be extra long wait

I usually don't get bad service at this place, but I came into the store to order, it wasn't bad. One or two people inside. It began to get crowded after I ordered. Somehow I got my second drink after everyone else had left. I tried asking one of the baristas if my drink was almost ready cause I has already received my first drink about 5 minutes ago. She simply said they were working to get drinks out as fast as possible. Everyone else left, and it turns out my drink was at drive thru window all the time ??.
Visited Starbucks all my life. First time I felt welcomed and inner appreciation by a beautiful being DAISY.
