Want you to expect from a normal Starbucks slightly overpriced food and drinks with an atmosphere to match.
I guess Starbucks is running out of everything here, but the lady at the window, Ashley is extremely rude. Everything I asked for, in a rude short tone of voice she would say they are out of it. After the fifth time, I just said to cancel my order, and she laughed and said okay like she didn't care. I was being a very nice customer and I feel like she has really bad experience working with people. I'm waiting to pull up to the window right now to let her know of her horrible customer service and to ask for her name (added above) I can't believe they would have someone like this taking people's orders. Horrible customer service, I will never be going to this Starbucks again. You can't treat people poorly. If you hate your job go somewhere else, if you don't like people, then get a profession where you don't have to deal with the public.

This place is always busy especially after school but the service is good, friendly and quick.
They never get my drink right always have extra in blender and in order to get all of my shots I have to drink a venti plus a grande ridiculous
Terrible customer service. Young blonde girl terrible attitude. Rude throughout my entire order. Disappointed with the service.
