I will never go back to a sonic location ever again i hate to be that guy but the customer service i received for sonic by the store and the corporate office is unacceptable my mother wanted a shake and Monte Vista location the ice cream machine was down like it always is whenever i go and so i went to the west main location the lady on the drive thru said they are not serving shakes at the moment and i asked so when will you be serving shakes again and i was surprised to get not one response so i drove away i called corporate and was answered by someone that helped but then transferred me to another line which never got back to answering my call so i hung up what happened to Sonic seriously
My fiance and I went to Sonic to get out of the house for a cone and shake to eat outside at their tables. At 530pm there were 2 ladies working and their tables were disgusting. Their order screen wasn't working. So we go to car move to drive in order board. They say please come thru drive up we're not servicing car delivery right now. What ??? I wanted my cone so we did it then weren't taking cash only card.i pay card anyway but still! strike 4! The only good thing was cone was awesome, big for $2.19 & he got classic strawberry shake large for $6.89 was 32 oz. I think & really good! Monte Vista location is much better.
Worst customer service, I have ever experienced. Last time I went everyone was so mean and didn’t sound happy what so ever. It’s not that hard to be nice. I’ve never been somewhere before where the employees were this rude towards their paying customers. Even at the other location in Turlock they’re not really nice at all. But this specific one is the sonic that always has problems, last time I came their ice cream machine was “broken” so I had to drive to the other location. Then I just came April 16 on a Saturday at 10 o’clock exactly because I know they close at 10:30 on weekends. Girl really said “we’re closed” that’s it, I was confused so I asked “i thought you guys close at 10:30 tonight ?” She didn’t answer for awhile and then said “we closed a little early tonight” I’m sorry but that’s BS what’s the point of staying open later on the weekends if you’re too lazy to do your job and close anyways? Such a waste of my time and gas to drive over there wayyy before posted closing time just to have them tell me they closed early cause they want too. I had to drive all the way to the other location where they served me 10 mins before closing. At least they do their jobs right and close the store at the hours they’re supposed too, it’s not that hard to stay 30 mins later you’re getting paid for it. It’s your job !

I feel the management staff in the evening were unprofessional, they refused to serve my daughter and her man cause his skin color the manager was very ok with the behaviors of the staff and didn’t feel it was anything and I feel this kinda hate and behavior shouldn’t be ok I will never give my business to them again it’s a shame people are ok to be racist when you work with the world full of all colors ?♀️ smh management can’t even act mature enough to solve the issue wouldn’t give me his name nor corporate number

Had absolutely no problems going there. Simply pull in, find what you want, place your order, and wait for your food. Quick, simple, and delicious.
Only go here if you want poor service. These young people obviously do not know anything about good customer service. Waited to order at speaker. Mind you NOBODY was in line or at the window. They never said please hold or be right with you anything. Finally we said hello and about 20 sec later she Said be right with you. So we waited and waited and waited and Nothing. Drove by the window and they are all standing their just waiting around talking. And as we were pulling away a young girl walked to the window. Owener of sonic you need to re-evaluate your employees because they suck and need an extreme amount of training and common skills. Just for reference this was 1/2/22 at 7:20pm get those employees some good training.
