Friendliest Manager: Irene always recognizes us when we come in and so sweet to stop at the table and talk about dinosaurs with my grandson, who is usually always with us. Our favorite server … Did I say FAVORITE SERVER? McKenzie! She’s amazing! I never have an empty glass! She’s super friendly, so respectful, (hard to find that in a lot of places) & great service. She’s been our server on a number of occasions and she’s always genuinely friendly and the service is is always superb!!!!
Best Sizzlers I have eaten at in a very long time. The staff including the short hair manager were great. The place is clean and the Salad bar is fresh and well stocked. During dinner we asked the manager about the Texas toast. She said because of prior waste they only offer it upon request. Then she produced some in minutes to our table. Definitely five star. Will be returning every time we are in town for dog shows.
Worst experience ever. Management biggest issue. Second the brain dead staff. A bunch of stupid kids with 0 customer service.
So yesterday we had lunch at the Sizzlers in Turlock we ordered the shrimp and steak , the shrimp was good but the steak didn't look at all like a steak, it looked like this little long piece if something, a few weeks ago we had that same steak at the Sizzlers in Modesto and it was excellent. My daughter ordered a childs pizza plate and a soup and salad for my grandson because he likes the broccoli cheese soup which they didn't have and didn't want a salad so she gave the salad plate to my husband, soon after he got his salad the waitress came and said he didn't order a salad so he had to go and pay for it (rude) we quickly told her it was paid for by my daughter but still felt like we were being. watched, very uncomfortable. Next time we want Sizzlers we will drive to Modesto, the steaks and service is much better..
This Sizzler is 5 stars, much better than before Covid. The salad bar is superb, and the steaks and seafood are wonderful. It's pricey now due to inflation ($25+ for meal, salad bar, tip) but it's truly worth it!
I love the Salad Bar! There are so many items to choose from. Soups, Tacos, Rice, Beans, Guacamole, Chicken Nuggets, Pasta and the Salad Bar is loaded. They also have Soft Serve Ice Cream.The interior is very clean, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. We go here frequently after Church.
The prices have gotten ridiculous! I can't eat very much at a time. I'm not a big eater only 127 lbs at 5'7". So to now have to pay $17 for a trip to the SALAD BAR is insane. If you add on to a meal its $10 Who can eat multiple trips when you are eating a meal?? I absolutely love their chicken Malibu and I love the salad bar. For me to get both.... and barely get to eat any....its almost $40 that's just stupid.
I must say that my daughter and I always love the salad bar. This time was no exception. The clam chowder is always yummy (I'm pretty particular when it comes to clam chowder). My medium rare New York Steak was definitely overcooked, but it was still pretty tender. The 3 star rating reflects the fact that they no longer give you cheesy bread. The waitresses are not even allowed to mention it or offer it. When I asked about it at the end of the meal, that is what I was told. Sad times we live in... It was still a lovely mother-daughter date night.
Quite a different experience for me. It was fairly inexpensive, I ordered steak and . My steak was perfect, I like mine rare, meaning seared outside and red center. Lobster tail was seasoned just right ✅. Mango lemonade was delicious, I had mine without spirits because I was driving but would be a great mommy or daddy drink with a splash of vodka!I would have loved someone reminding me that this place had a buffet, overall great experience.
This Sizzler was awesome! All of the staff and manager were so friendly and constantly refilling all the food. The place is spotless and the food was so yummy! Especially my steak! The actual restaurant was really cute in decor as it was just remodeled. It Was a great experience and highly recommend this Sizzler. Great job to the staff here!
