The first girl who helped us was very friendly. The guy who helped us after the order I believe was the owner. Went to get a refill on my $8 salad plate and rudely stoped me and said I couldn’t use the plate. Then said ,”see the sign?” Which was on top of the salad bar and facing the wrong way because he had to turn it around which said ,” for refills please get a new plate.” I said,“how am I suppose to know that if the sign is facing the wrong way and I can’t read it?” And he said they don’t do refills on salad because of cross contamination… hmmmm no refills? Then why did the sign you had to show me say for refills grab a new plate please? Hahaha and cross contamination… how is there cross contamination if your giving me a new plate ??? staff was friendly. Owner is a jackass.
Amazing pizza, usually I'm picky about my pizza but Round Table is amazing. Staff is super nice, especially Madelyn. Keep up the good work ?

So i ordered pizza from Round Table Pizza here in Turlock at 8:00 pm called at 9:30 and then again at 9:50pm. I guess the (dasher stoled my delivery). I have worked at a Round table before so i know sometimes delivery's run a little late. But the store i worked at never used a delivery service outside of its self. I think they should get back to employing only there own drivers!!
There's an older lady at the front counter. Super nice and is the only reason for the review. Pizza is good, but customer service is what leaves an impression.
had granddaughters birthday party here had 14 guests the employees were very nice , polite and helpful.
If you get the Double Play don't expect it to be like the advertisement. Taste was good but overpriced for low quality.
I have ordered from this restaurant several times in the past, but today will be my last. Allow me to elaborate.Today I went to pick up 2 large pizzas. Immediately as I walked in I was confronted, not greeted, confronted by an elderly lady who I later learned her name to be Lucy. She did not say hello, she screamed from the counter as customers are standing right in front of her “ you need to put on a mask”. Now my mask beliefs maybe very different from others, given the fact I have a severe medical condition preventing me from wearing one. What seemed to be at the top of her lungs she continued to yell at me at tell me to stand outside and someone will come assist me. As I stood there, I counted 7 other paying customers on the restaurant not wearing masks. Three of which were within 10 feet of her on the other side of the counter near the salad bar area. This act was extremely unprofessional, and as I stood there not wanting to make a scene and as the crew members and many other customers watched, I walked outside and waited. Eventually about 10 minutes later I received my food and left.I do not understand why Lucy choose to single me out of all people. I do not understand or appreciate the condescending tone that she used towards me. This feels like blatant discrimination.I feel that Lucy could very much use some communication training when it comes to customer interactions. An employee like this will only hinder the growth and reputation of a business. I highly recommend that the general manager take a look into this matter as well possibly all of Lucy’s interactions with customers.
Salad Bar was good... Pizza good. When it comes to Pizza skip the delivery services. Picking up is a must do. :)
This is by far my favorite pizza joint now and the staff are super helpful
