I came here with my friend at 9 pm on 4/29. We came in then a couple came in a few minutes after. They were helped and got seated first which was a little annoying. Everyone was acting like they didn't want to be there. (I get it, it's Friday night). I ordered the simply grilled chicken with a salad and my friend ordered the whatever hamburger that has the black pepper sauce on it with bacon. She said it was too sweet to eat. My chicken sandwich was extremely small. Way smaller than a hamburger. (Why pick and choose what to do shrinkage on?) I asked for an extra patty and was charged 3.70 without telling me. Plus my salad had cheese, when I specifically asked for no cheese. My friend also had to wait a long time for a refill. They treated us like we were burdens. If a place really doesn't want to serve, then just say so, so I can use my money elsewhere.

Food was delicious! I'm honestly not a big fan of burgers but..... I love Red Robin's burgers. My family and I enjoyed our time there. A definite favorite place of ours for a family dinner.
You have to LOVE burger inoredee to appreciate this place. Last time I came here was 20 years ago they had the BEST Salmon burger ever. Of course they no longer sale this burger. Manager was extremely nice and since one order didn't come out with the other food she comped us the meal. Nice outdoor patio as well
I have dined at Red Robin once before. It's a 30 minute drive from my town. I ordered online for the very first time and my order was perfect! With my special instructions and on time! Brought out to my car, respectively wearing a mask.
We always go here for vegetarian burgers but since last couple or three times it is not been the greatest experience. We ordered a burger with steamed broccoli to get the worst broccoli you can get, and a burger with fries that had total of 9 fries to be exact! The burning love burger is all about jalapeno and we got a whole raw jalapeno with it, barely even cooked. Catchup packets looked like they were handled with sticky hands. Worst experience at Red Robin!
Very disappointed with my meal ? put together very poorly and the fries looked old I couldn't finish it. Do better Red Robin, we don't eat out much but when we decided to go here I was very disappointed ?
Never been to this location before until this past weekend. The hostess at the door was horrible, didn't seem to act or pose like she even wanted to be there at work.The server was amazing regardless of how short staffed they were. The food was consistent like most times I have ever been to one. I definitely enjoyed myself.Would have given this location 5 stars if it wasn't for the hostess.
Came in with a large party of 14 and this restaurant was very accommodating and managed the large party very well! Got mine and my hubby's orders correct and the food was delicious, as Red Robin usually is! Would definitely recommend, especially for large groups!
Went in with my girlfriend and sat at a table in the bar area and were never even acknowledged and watched the servers take other people's orders even ones who came in after us. After waiting for around 15 minutes we walked out. I understand they were busy but if they have time to take other people's orders and socialize with other employees then I would think that they could take our order.
