Although food is good.. correct orders matter most. And this is the 3rd time I've ordered the Mexican Corn Chowder and they've gotten it wrong. Mind you, it's only been out recently..which should tell you how often I've been to Panera or ordered this soup in the last 3 weeks. 3x out of 5x they get it wrong. And of course I don't learn to stop and check my order.. the other 2x I checked and it was correct. I don't check this time and boom.. they don't forget to disappoint you when you're really looking forward to it. Which makes this review so much more helpless. They take the order and then the kitchen mess it up!!! Infuriating when you live across town, and it's already 630pm, you don't want to drive back!
Cashier couldn't get my gift card to work (May 18, 5:15pm), so I pay cash instead. Then after 20 minutes of waiting and she sees me there, WAITING I go up to her and ask how's my order coming along (soup n bread) she said they were calling my name for a while already!? I left 30 minutes later with my soup cold AF. Horrible, horrible experience. And I was the only costumer in line ATM.
Panera here in Turlock delicious,My favorite sandwich is chipotle avocado bacon sandwich, impressive. Salads are good and delicious favorite one is apple salad very crunchy! Soups are very appetizing like the broccoli cheddar one in the bread huh I recommend it. Panera on my favorite list !
The office ordered lunch and even though our order was mostly correct, the Quality Control for our order was less than what we normally get.One of our side-dishes was an expired apple, as if they didn't care and just gave it.
Food was great. Place clean and neat. They were quick.
The Steak sandwich on white butter toast bread with garlic was taking me back to when I was younger and this made for me as dinner treat. The Steak makes the bread a bit juicy and the toasting of the bread makes it crispy add the garlic and butter for a bit more flavor and for an added crunch throw on the fried onions crisps. Would have been 5 stars but the price knocks it down for the size of the sandwich over $14 for one really good small sandwich.
Enjoyed a wonder breakfast with bagels , all of their bagels are yummy and have something total different than other bagels?
Food is good. Their customer service can be lukewarm at times.
