I ordered online and still had to wait more than 30 min once I got to the store. They were not even that busy, employees just seemed like they could not stay focused on what they were doing. Mobile orders were being completely ignored. While I waited I watched people walk in the store and order and get their food before mine was even started. The whole point of online ordering is to cut down on wait times.
Food great, just the lines too long. Need a better efficient way to serve the guests. Plates are delicious, look at that beef....mmmmm good.
No more get my order Wrong I call spoke to Jordan and the only thing he said is I cannot replace anything I order orange chickenTeriyaki chickenBows and the wrongNo sauce no nothing so how do they expect us to order things online..????
Went on a Saturday 1 hour after opening had to wait on a refills of dishes. Overall food was hot and fresh. Enjoy
Worst experience in my life. Staff so rude and waited an hour and half for carry out. Staff only served the line and was ignoring online orders for so long. Ridiculous
Arrived at 10:20 am , 20 minutes after opening and received old food . Contacted the manager that didn’t really say much just that he would speak to his cook..
We came from out of town for work and stopped by to grab some food, they told us we couldn’t order because we didn’t have masks, we asked them to provide us with them, they refused, we left. This place is very unprofessional and unaccommodating. Get ready to deal with Karens if you come to this location :)
Had to wait in line only to be told I could not order because I didn't have a face covering which I can't wear due to condition I've had since I was twelve. There were also three people already in the building who didn't have any coverings either, so why I was singled out is beyond me. Won't be coming back.
Hey panda, how bout you bring back Pepsi Products since you started off with Pepsi and now switched to coke.... you squeezing everything out of us customers by raising the food costs that you cheap out on drinks?
Asked Drew for plates for a family feast and he gave me attitude about it. If this the type of help I'm getting from Panda guess I'll not be going to the one in Turlock anymore and will letting friends and family know. Just started reading the reviews and this place is pretty effed up place to be going. Taking money from people seriously wow. Good thing for credit cards cause I'm disputing my order and reccomend people do the same if you did not get what you want or got ripped off.
