Waste of $48. I usually love mountain Mike's but this experience gave me serious doubts about ever ordering from them again. Online order, never gave me an ETA, when I called about it they said it was ready and by the time I took the 5 minute drive down there it was very cold. There's almost no sauce (Pineapple Chicken Luau), chicken is dry, the cheese has coagulated into a weird mess, and it just didn't taste good at all. If I order from here again I'll just stick to the pepperoni in hopes it'll be as good as I remember

Ordered online. Said wait time was 60 minutes. I get here to pick it up and am told another 20 minutes! They just started making it! What were they doing for the previous hour?? If I had not already paid for it I would have gotten a refund and left.NEVER AGAIN.
Dined in and waited OVER an hour for food. We were quoted a 50 minute wait. It was roughly an hour and half. Unreal. Not sure why dine in wait time is same as delivery? Poor management. Food did not taste the same as other branches. In fact, everyone’s stomach hurt after eating there. Very salty and undercooked. Do not recommend.
It must have been a bad Friday going into Saturday. When placed and received my order for a pepperoni, olive, pineapple, I waited until my wife came home before opening the box. As the picture shows, there is one key ingredient missing - pepperoni.My wife gets home after 11:00, so when I tried to call the store did not answer. When I called back Saturday, I was informed, that because it was the next day Mountain Mike's would offer 20% off the next order. When I attempted to interrupt and explain that I did try at call but they had closed, I was advised that I didn't need to be rude. I was taken aback by this comment from the manager but proceed to explain that 20% off is not acceptable and requested my order to be remade.After a short period on hold, I was told that if I return the incorrectly made pizza to their store to prove there were no pepperoni, they would remake it at 30% off. REALLY?!? Take the pizza back to the store, show that it was made wrong, and then pay for it again less the 30% discount? No thank you. It is your error, provide the basic fundamental customer service your industry expects, and make it right.
I love mountain Mike's! One of my favorite places to come to dine in with the family and friends. The atmosphere here is perfect and one of few pizza places that makes it nice to order and dine in. The pizza is amazing and I have been coming back here for years now.

Service is horrible. I love Mt. Mike's Pizza, but this location is HORRIBLE. My pizza was luke warm when I received it, when I got home my pizza order was wrong and had to go all the way back to exchange one of my pizza making my other food cold. Mt. Mike's is not cheap and it sucks when you have to warm pizza up right when you get it so it's hot.
Clean interior. It's a busy location so be prepared to wait. The pizza is really good though so it's worth it. Friendly and helpful staff. Good size indoor dining area. There are TVs to watch sports while you eat. Good amount of parking available. I do recommend this location.
