I had my fair shares of "mess ups" or "long wait times." But McDonalds does a great job in reaching out to their customers to make it right. After a few visits here when I come to Turlock, I'm highly satisfied.Food is fresh and haven't had any issues. Drive thru lines may seem long and stretched out, but if you have patience, you get through pretty quick! I like that if your food isn't ready at the window, "they'll tell you to pull into curbside and they'll bring it out" so theirs no "holding up the lines" reallyWorkers are nice and don't throw a fuss when I ask for a cup of ice
They forgot to serve my coffee and napkins also. So had to make another trip to the counter and wait for somebody while my food was getting cold.
A chicken piece in the chicken sandwich, for some reason, had a weird tough texture. Or maybe it was the one piece I got, but it made me lose my appetite. One bad experience. Other times have been good.
Great customer service not only did I get the sausage egg cheese mc griddle meal fast, it was fresh tasted amazing and coffee was pretty good.They brought the meal out to me which was nice, and one of the other employees went out of there way and opened my salt packets for me die to my temporary disability issue. She was a sweet heart.If I'm near the area and crave McDonald's this would be the one I'll defently go to I would like to add that I've been all over the country and visited hundreds of McDonald's. This is probably the cleanest McDonald's front of house and back of house plus restroom I have seen in a long time.Management here takes pride in this location
Don’t come here on Sundays. Usually service is pretty quick at this location and the food comes out fresh and well-made. Whoever works on Sundays though is terrible. Staff will take forever to help you and when they do they don’t know what to do and won’t refer you to someone who does. Wait times will be at least ten minutes even if there are only a few customers.
after multiple visits ....my advice at this specific location...go inside to order or to pick up your your mobile order.Curbside has consistently been problematic for many reasons. The entire curbside service here has been delay after delay, mix ups on whose order is whose etc and extremely rude service from very confused employees (not just one person or isolated incidents)..The drive thru often makes ppl pull around to wait for their order to be brought out which contributes to the delayed confusion. Avoid it...go inside...you will thank me for the advice. inside is usually friendly service and shorter lines.
Not coming back here lol.... ordered $22 worth of food last night in the drive thru and they told me to pull out to the front to wait for it......there were two other cars waiting as well...fast forward 25 minutes and im still waiting in the car with my kids and end up going inside to see where my food was at.... one of the employees said they had given my order to another car...then i asked if they are remaking the order (which they didn't even attempt to do even tho they knew they had given my order to another car)....get back in the car to wait for my order yet again which was another 15 minutes...zero sense of urgency and my total time spent from waiting in line in the drive thru til when i actually received my food was 45 minutes! No extra coupons or and extra additional items were given to us for having to wait either, this place is a dumpster fire
I went there to spend just a buck or two on breakfast, but as I sat and waited at the machine, I saw (repeatedly as it cycled) that sausage biscuits were in the $1 section, and decided to splurge on 3. Despite there being basically no one in line, instead of confirming my total they had me just pull up. When I did, they proceeded to charge me over $8, literally argue with me about what I saw repeatedly, and at that time I couldn't back out because other customers, so I agreed. My receipt? Not printed right, unusuable if I'd needed it for some purpose. I won't be back.
It wasn’t burnt food. This was a rock covered in lettuce. Chipped my tooth
The food was much better than expected and stuff were super nice.
