I usually order for pick up and it made on time and ready to go!They serve Pepsi products which is great and I always pick up a 2litter of Pepsi or Mountain Dew! Pizza tastes best with Pepsi products!My only gripe is, the pizza slices!Can we get the knives sharpened once ina awhile to have the slices cut properly ? I mean I grab 1 slice and it picks up the whole large lolMaybe sell pizza cutters for $1 so we can cut it ourselves maybe lol I usually have to re-cut the slices at home lolBut their on point, no issues for me
I went there yesterday (December 23, 2021) to have lunch. It rained cats and dogs that day. My umbrella got kaput on the way home.But it was at this particular location that I blew whatever cash I had left on an Extra Most Bestest pizza and a 20 ounce Mug Root Beer. So, what'd I do for the next 10-15 minutes? I attempted to play the only game they had in the room (I paid one quarter and that's it), but the game was seemingly unplugged.When I got my pizza, it was a mess, like somebody had hastily made it in less than the time I waited.You might wanna think twice before you order something that's been hastily made here. And don't play any games that have been unplugged, even if it's just the one, and there's only one here.Maybe you should try getting a pizza that takes less time to make than the one I got.
They never have any pizza for the Hot and Readu cooked. All the employees seem as tho they don't even want to work
This place is pretty busy all of the time and they don't always get your order right. Definitely convenient that it has a drive through though.
Wow just wow. Ordered online 3 stuffed crazy bread. I never got a notification that they were ready so I went there 30 mins after the estimated time the app gave me and picked up my order and the bag was covered in grease. I literally had to get a paper towel to carry them in. When I opened the bag I literally burst out laughing. What I got I assume was stuffed crazy bread. It's raw and smashed. Holy moly it's atrocious. Guess kids won't be having cheesy bread with dinner but oh well. I never thought I'd see a day where I was disgusted with little Ceasars stuffed crazy bread but today I am utterly disgusted. What a joke. I'm shocked that after almost an hour of waiting the staff even bagged this stuff up and served it to me. You'd think with common sense that if the order was messed up they'd remake it but nope not here. Definitely calling management regarding this.
Showed up at 9:30pm… the worker closed over half an hour early
I asked for well done and I got thisI even asked at the drive through window is it well done and the young man said yes it isI called and complained and the young man stated bring it back and we will give you a well done pizzaNot happy at all even the pizza sauce was horrible
The workers were nice but they gave me some nasty a$$ pizzas lol. One was a thin crust that had soggy uncooked bacon and cheese 4x thicker than the crust literally oozing off the sides... The other was a burnt calzony blacker than a gorilla that works in a coal mine ???And they couldn't even refund me because it was an online order. They offered to replace them if I brought in the pizza carcasses but I was already turned off by the idea of pizza since the ones they gave were so foul.
Writing this review not for the food but for the tremendous service received! S/O to Aspen; I unfortunately made things a little complicated and she handled everything with grace and class! She didn't give me attitude at all! She was so kind. Phenomenal customer service goes a long way so thank you.
