I always get disappointed according to the employees they never have anything, really poor management and inventory
Horrible customer service! Lady with glasses who was at front taking orders was extremely rude and disrespectful btw said she was the manager! Refuse to take my husbands order thru drive thru. They parked went inside told them to leave that we weren’t her customers and to leave the restaurant. She has a disgusting ? attitude I called corporate and they took a report I know this isn’t the first time she done this before she’s before but we’d never called until now this is too much!!! If she doesn’t like her job she should leave or get fired!!!!
Bad customer service don’t allow walk in orders carry out and not a polite staff
Lazy employees just standing around holding up the counter waiting to hand out mobile orders. One plopped my bucket on the counter, not even a smile. Had to wait & chicken was cold too. Looked liked the chicken was pressure-cooked & it was soggy. Not at all appetizing. A lump of soggy chicken in a moist bucket with a plastic bag tied tight. Yuck for $26. Never going back there. First & last time ordering at KFC.
Was told the wait time for chicken was 45 minutes it took them 20 minutes extra.Never going back people can't be waiting for that long.
Came through the drive thru at Turlock KFC ordered a chicken sandwich with xtra pickles. I was informed they were OUT of pickles!! And an ice water. Get up to pay and was told $7.36 when I questioned the employee on why it was soo much for a $3.99 sandwich, he told me they now charge for a cup of water. Seriously $2.79 for a cup of water. That's highway robbery. I won't be going to KFC in Turlock again if the are going to charge for a tap water.. UNBELIEVABLE
I found a fly in my root beer float and when I called to let the employee know what I had found, she was extremely rude and made it seem like it was my fault. When I returned the float the guy at the window apologized and gave me my refund, the person in the back of him was still giving me dirty looks. I’m currently pregnant and flies carry many bacteria and diseases.This fly look extremely old and wouldn’t have happened if they cleaned their ice cream machine properly.
Well they were out of everything but still managed to substitute and made us feel like we did not miss out of anything
Very poor management. The manager who was going to took our order was extremely rude. My family ended up leaving because the manager was just so rude.
I called in my order for hot wings because I know they need advanced time to cook. (I was told this before) the person who took my order was polite and said they would drop a hot order now it would take around 12 minutes. I picked up. I’m from out of town so when I got home to eat I noticed wings didn’t look like usual KFC hot wings. The wings were very light color and had a cornmeal look and texture. I took a bite and yuck not crispy, and hot, but dried, pale, cornmeal like wings. Disgusting! It had been a couple of years since I went to KFC Turlock, Ca Monte Vista . I now remember why!! Zero stars!!
