Cold food, order never correct. Chicken is uncooked and the biscuits are uncooked, taking a bite of dough instead of a warm biscuit. Maybe it’s time for new ovens?
I suggest trying the chicken sandwich,my friend and I did and we were overjoyed.
Pulled in to the store thinking they were open. Only had 15 minutes till opening. When we get to the drive thru box we are greeted with a "Hi what can I get for you", and I respond with "one second please". Once I was ready to order we got no response back, no one took our order, and we left afyer waiting for several minutes with no answer. I understand that we were early, but we had already been greeted. If food wasn't ready to be served, we should have been told that. Very inconsiderate especially after already being greeted
They don't seem to know the difference between white and dark meat. The last 3 times we got a bucket, once an 8pc and the last two a 12 pc. and were assured our selection would include white meat, we returned home to discover that once again the white meat was completely missing. Or as it was was this last time, it was a bucket of thighs and a couple of scrawny wings. Best to check your order before you leave to make sure it is correct as they cannot be trusted and will lie to your face.
Chicken is fair....lots of fried skin very little chicken...fast service at drive thru. Prices are astronomical...I think I ll save my moola and go the extra mile to save mart
Their not open and it’s a Friday do they not serve on fridays anymore
I had a craving for chicken so I placed an order online at KFC. Went to pick it up, called the number to let them know I was there, no one answered. I tried 6 times, and never got an answer. I confirmed that I had been charged for it, then called customer service. They processed a refund for the order, but that didn't pay for the wasted mileage (I live 5 miles out of town, so a lot of driving was involved). As much as I like their chicken, I'll never order from them again! After all this, I read reviews online and they were all negative. Not one good review. My negative review is just one of many.
THEYRE ALWAYS OUT OF CHICKEN !!! But when they have it very rare to get more than a couple pieces let alone a bucket the chicken has got so bad from sitting or whatever grease builds up never hot the customer service is so unhappy
Oooh wee! I was craving Kentucky Fried Chicken so bad so I headed out to the Turlock location on Gear rd.I ordered a thigh and leg because they were out of breast. When I got home I noticed the chicken was old and damn near burnt. Maybe its be because I went before closing. Im not sure. I do know however, I was disappointed. I hope you do not have this same experience. I like satisfying my craving for chicken by going to KFC.
Covid panic is over and yet they still have the lobby closed. They said it’ll take them 12 minutes to make some original recipe chicken and yet they say they won’t have the order ready for 25 minutes.
