If you like waiting 2 hours for your order, come to this place. Their customer service sucks and that’s putting it politely.
Anybody who rated this place over 1-2 stars has never been to a real sushi restaurant. Service was great but I tolerate bad service much more than i do bad food (esp sushi).
There has been a lot of changes from the original Sushi Garden 2. The place is renovated which is great. However, they are so focused on aesthetic the quality of the food is terrible. The tempura is not breaded well enough. The rolls were mostly rice, which was overly dry. The quality is just not there to excuse the prices they are charging. After going there for several years today’s visit will definitely be my last one.
I join the long list of customers that reviewed before me reporting quality and quantity after the change of ownership/name. I add that I always ordered a large hot sake, and last time it had much less taste: I bet it's not just a cheaper sake, but it was watered down in house. The sashimi had less pieces: not the smartest way to cut corners because anyone can notice that ...
Third time here since the name and ownership change.The place definitely got a much needed facelift and offering patio seating which makes the dining experience that much better. Thank you Brandon. 5 star serviceNow to the food part of the review. Starting with The Miso soup ? after a two or three spoon fulls and adding soy sauce we decided to leave. It was missing something. That was the only disappointment on our Visit. The Sushi ? was good, Seaweed Salad ? also great and the Panko Shrimp ? was delicious. Again, Brandon thank you for the great Service.
We loved our sushi, Valentines day was so busy it took over an hour for to go order, BUT it was well worth the wait! Also our waitress, Melissa was very helpful! (I think that was her name, she had blonde hair with pink shirt on!) Thankful for a very delicious experience! ? ❤

Haven't been here in couple years. They are currently renovating the kitchen area, so we opted to sit in patio where they have propane heaters (very cozy). We had lunch "specials" (tempura and beef teriyaki). The "sides" on the plate were a little over generous. Tempura looked delicious, but I didn't care for the beef). Don't know if under new mgmt, but seemed to me that menu was not the same (missed the fish entrees). The wait help was friendly & efficient.

This place is great. I’ve had plenty of sushi, so believe me when I say the fish tastes fresh here. No slimy textures, no bad smells. Service was great, And servers were friendly and accommodating. If you’re hesitant on price, and feel as if this place is “expensive”, just go try it out. You won’t be disappointed. You’ll pay $12-$15 anywhere else. Pay a couple dollars more at Katana for great quality. At the end of the day you’re putting raw fish into your body. You want it to be of exceptional quality.
