I love Jimmy John's, but I've stopped going to this location due to how frequently they get my order wrong. If I don't stand at the end of the prep line and prompt them to leave off the one ingredient I don't want, they usually put it on even after reading back and confirming the order beforehand. I don't dare order deliver anymore. Since I don't have to micromanage the sandwich preparers at other sandwhich shops in town, I go elsewhere now.
Poor customer service will never step foot inside a Jimmy John’s again.
I ordered 2 sandwiches at 6 PM, order got completed at 6:30. Now it’s 730 PM and my food hasn’t got delivered and they’re closed, didn’t get a phone call to notify me if it was cancelled or not, they still took my $31 lol. Amazing sandwiches but I don’t understand why this happened

Friendly ladies, fresh products, good price, just wish they had more of a variety like chicken, steak and the tuna had a after taste... otherwise everything was good.

Delicious! Their french bread is soft & tasty! Fresh ingredients. We had a turkey lil' John, a turkey w/avocado, a turkey w/bacon & a roast beef. Everyone finished their sandwiches, even my picky 8 year old who had the lil' John.
