Nothing better on a warm day... and on a hot day too! LOVE THIS! Try to add as much fruit as I can.
For me it’s the little things that make my experience as a customer memorable. With that being said, I have been to many Jamba Juice locations all over California and This location has been the only one to offer me a bag for my individual ginger shots. So just for that you get 5*
The bananas were really bad they were not even yellow and they were green but other than that the açaí bowl was good
Terrible experience. I placed my order in well enough time, and gave a few extra minutes but when I arrived it took them ten extra minutes to make my drink. It’s just annoying when you get quoted a time and depend on the time to be accurate. Not to mention that I had to wait several minutes to be greeted. I try to be patient and give the benefit of the doubt but it’s frustrating to have to wait when you are on a time schedule and depend on the time frame quoted. I will recommend trying the Apple Greens drink or the Strawberry Surfrider, or Peanut Butter Moo’d - some of my favorites.
Can never go wrong with a Jamba smoothie!
I accidentally placed an order to another location instead of the Turlock Jamba. Cashiers don’t know how to communicate there was no order placed and instead just ask for a picture but never state of what. I handed them my ID and they looked dumbfounded and it wasn’t until I asked if the order that they were able to tell me that’s what they wanted a picture of. Once I realized it was ordered to the wrong jamba location they were snickering and smirking behind the counter. I asked if they were able to make it and I got told no as they had no payment from me but never got asked if I was okay to pay for an order again and then the manager of the day went on to explain about how they needed refund from the other store. Poor customer service.
It's been a while since I've enjoyed a Jamba smoothie that being said, I'm kinda disappointed. I only get one particular smoothie and it was no where near as good as I remember. It tasted extremely diluted/watered down.
