Went through the drive thru and ordered our food.The worker "Gurmoor" at the window wascompletely rude and disrespectful, the food whenwe got home was even worse. Grease is 90 percent of the taco, absolutely disgusting... this location has gone seriously downhill and it wasn't even our first horrible experience here in the last three months. I don't recommend this place. No it was not a normal amount of grease either, straight soaked.
I have to say this is by far the best Jack in Box in stanislaus county. I have been to numerous different ones all over the area and this one is my all time favorite. Always willing to take my big bills and always willing to take my order no matter the time. Excellent customer service and my order this morning was nothing but fresh. And I will say I have never tasted a homestyle chicken sandwhich as good as the one I ordered. Fries were amazing as well and the egg rolls were on point all the way. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars if you ask me
Its fast food but that doesn't mean the hamburger meat should be burnt.
Excellent service with a smile. Made a last minute change at the window and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Definitely recommend.
The staff was nice and made the order correct! They even let me make a change when I ordered the wrong menu item.
They're pretty good like all Jack in the boxes though they have a long line most of time this one gets you through pretty fast haven't been inside in a while I always recommend making sure you got all the sauces you asked for before you leave any Jack in the box
For the past 3 years I've ordered take out from the drive up window approximately 75 times, I believe I'm up to 3 orders that were correct. Wrong French fries, orders mixed up in bags, sour dough bread not toasted, missing drinks, no napkins, wrong style of chicken on salad, old dark salad, explain order exactly to employee on speaker but I can only remember once where I didn't have to repeat myself, food is 4 star but service at drive up window sucks in my opinion so to purchase a reasonable affordable 4 star meal I'm always guaranteed my blood pressure will be elevated, my temperament will be tested and as I drive off i'm almost positive I will be upset because l know my order will be screwed up again.
My favorite jack in the box i love it, food always fresh for some reason i accidently get a large fry from time to time and i love it, low key wanna work here cause ive never had an issue?
This is one is the better jack n the boxes around. Yes it may be one of the only ones, but comparatively speaking, I'd eat here before the other one downtown.
