The overhead is cheaper and employees are paid more due to the fact they have a simple menu ! Burgers , fries ,sodas, shakes. Its fresh , they are cutting fries as you order . If all fast food restuarants stuck to a simple menu , employees would be happier with thier job, and that rolls down to customer service being important to the staff. If only those other places took a page from In-N-Out Burger there would be alot of happy customers returning. Great food affordable and great staff.
It's OK not what I conceder great, the burgers are good, it's the fries, they are not fresh most of the time and dry. That is my opinion; lots of people seem to like them, though.
They made a second burger notimg a burn crisp smell on my.bun i tried to be ok withnit eating and taking the timevto just be over from a sytore i oatronise them lovevthere awrsome crew satisfactorily giving me a nee replacement in general theyre is so many people there id recognized a person that had been theblawcin oart there jare avyear here where ive had nice leople give me a super swret offer to eat when i needed a good price birger and tastes good
Not sure what all the hype is about. The fries are pretty good but the burger is just ok and the shake is tasteless. They also repeated my order back to me about 5 times which included 2 orders of fries. There was only one order of fries in there. The Cali locations really aren't any better than the ones in Texas.

Always way too busy. Drive thru is a guaranteed 30min wait. Walking inside is horrible. When I went they got my order wrong twice!!!! Don't get me wrong the food is good but the service was horrible.
