The employees were the best part! Very friendly, attentive, happy to help, and on top of keeping the counters clean. Great variety of food and enjoyed being able to make my own plate. The flavor was good but I won't be a regular here. Good spot every once in a while with big portions but wasn't crazy about anything in particular to make me want to come back often. Would recommend trying this spot out at least once!
You get to make your own bowl. You can pile it as high as you can and they cook it on front of you.The girl greeted is was extremely nice. Great service and awesome food.
9 out of 10!!!I love this place with my heart and soul. The food is always really really good and the guys on the grill are so funny and friendly. They always try to have a small conversation and keep the good vibes going while your waiting for your food to be cooked.I rate it 9 out of 10 because sometimes the stations can be messy and some of your favorite toppings will be not stocked. And I don't blame Staff for the messes but it's almost like that everytime my friends and i go. out of the two what is more an "issue" (not really an issue) is when they are out of toppings .. that plus the mess makes you think how often they check and maintain the stations...Another reason why I say 9 out of 10 is because sometimes the girls who seat you can come off as rude or have an attitude when they try to seat/serve customers. I don't know them specifically or do I have a problem with anyone so I don't take it personally but I feel like customers would feel more welcomed without the attitudes ?I still give this place a 5 star review because the overall experiences I've had here are always really nice and friendly and it's pretty cheap eats for all you can eat ??
Some of the bowls were dirty at start. The cooked bowls turned out pretty good. I ordered wontons and they tasted stale and had to wait extra 10 minutes for the sweet n sour sauce. We paid $44 for 2 and I believe it was pricey for what we got.
I normally go to the Modesto location but I decided to give Turlock a try. Marc took excellent care of my order. He had an awesome personality and he plugged the spicy crab puffs. Great customer service too I might add. Most definitely going here now.
The service was terrible, floors were greasy and dirty, the bar was a terrible mess and some of the vegetables were not filled. The grill was nasty. The next day we woke up with a stomach ache. Unfortunately we will not be returning.
Was ok not bad they put alot more sauce that is needed the chef's they have really good costumer service was ok but I'm not to sure if we comeback again soon I recommend to try it i's all you could eat
Place is a mess and filthy. The cooks are all stoned just listening to their music in the back! I've ordered one 7 times, and they canceled EVERY time! When I go in person it's not any better, have to wait 35 mins for them to make my bowl, ridiculous. NEVER going her again!
