Dutch Bros is usually busy, but worth the wait. The customer service is on point. Your orders will usually be taken in person with staff coming to your car to take your order. If you're still waiting in line after placing an order, and your order is ready, they'll sometimes bring your order to you. My favorite drink is the Cold brew annihilator. Not too sweet. It has just the perfect blend of everything.

the workers are extremely friendly and the drinks are amazing. One time i went to the pickup window and had asked if they still had stickers because i had had 4 other little kids at home who would love them. All of them squealed and proceeded to gather around the cups and decorate the cups with handpicked stickers. By far the best staff ever.
I've been going here for almost a year. Taking every chance I get to get a drink from them. Dutch bros has such amazing service and outstanding drinks. I wish I could rate them higher.
This is our favorite Dutch Bros! The staff is friendly and the line goes quick. We love being able to customize our drinks for those that don't drink coffee. My son enjoys the peppermint hot cocoa.
Love Dutch Bros...and most of the service was their normal experience! However didn't appreciate my large cup of ice being thrown across the room! Others had to clean up and apologize for one guys inappropriate behavior.

Coffee or Frozen drinks anyone? This place gives Starbucks a run for the money for sure and they're more reasonable and way more efficient when it comes to turning out delicious Coffee/Frozen drinks!! I truly recommend this place.
The service is quick and pleasant. However, the drive-thru is not very convenient. The Dutch Bros in Merced on Olive has a much better layout. The drinks are fantastic! Golden Eagle is my favorite ?
Always a quick service during my walk mid day walk. Despite the long lines they get drinks out quick ?
