The steaks are absolutely amazing! We had great service and a very nice brunch

I’ve been fluttering between 2 and 3 stars while belting out gaseous burps and enjoying cottonmouth from the ungodly amount of salt I consumed with tonight’s burger. You guys should seriously taste test food before you open, your salmon made me think I had COVID, zero taste. I’ve never had a headache so fast. I have actually, it was a Lil Yachty song, but I digress. I came here once before and split a Tomahawk with a friend. Left unimpressed but I do eat well and have eaten at real restaurants so maybe my standards are too high….NOT! Those places didn’t charge $155 for a tomahawk with no taste!I’m going to Emanuel Med Center so my insurance can pay $16K to tell me my cholesterol levels aren’t healthy.I’m very upset that this alleged upscale restaurant is, well, promoting itself as upscale. It’s just not. It’s a step above Red Robin with nicer paint.I will say this, Cheyenne and the bartender group, ABSOLUTELY worth every dime, I’d go back for drinks. I don’t even really blame our server, she was great and covering every table on earth. Heck, she was probably covering tables at Memo’s!We hardly finished our food and again, I don’t fully blame her, no support from their manager. I think I saw him sitting at the bar on his phone while they ran around taking care of their tables. Get up. Do more. Be an example. Done with this place. Oh, don’t respond with a “next dinner or drink on us.” Poor optics ;) just be better.
I had a burger and fries. The roaemary garlic fries are to die for! Service was fast and price reasonable. We sat inside but there was outside seating available. They accommodated the baby that joined us. I can't wait to go back!
My wife and I went out for a nice night out after the week we had. Cuts definitely took care of us so well. Great Drinks and Amazing Food. My wife had the Cornish Hen Breast and I had the Ribeye(cooked to perfection).
02-10-2022 - Where do I start. I ordered burger had no taste I think McDonald’s burger has more flavor , I ordered a side of Mac cheese NO FLAVOR at all. I think Kraft Mac & cheese has a lot more flavor . The only thing that was good was the Brussels sprouts. Don’t recommend don’t come here don’t waste your time .
Staff didn't know what the bread plates were for, called the dinner knife a dessert knife when replacing it with a steak knife, laying it on the table where the dessert fork/spoon would sit (at the top of the dinner plate). French Onion Soup had too much red wine, un-toasted thin slice of sourdough with a piece of cheese slightly browned with a torch. Not good. Clam chowder was ok. After we were told they were bringing us some bread, we had to ask twice. When it came there were 3 very thin slices of bread and a tiny bit of butter. Husband said the Prime Rib was good. Filet Mignon had no seasoning yet was cooked perfectly. Had to ask for salt which I rarely do. Mac n Cheese didn't have much flavor, noodles were cooked well. We didn't have drinks or dessert. With tip $200, not worth it. Staff hanging around the bar drinking... They are trying to be upscale which won't happen unless the staff can be properly trained.My husband reminded me of the dirty menus we received, they are paper and should be replaced.
Not one to usually leave reviews but this one is necessary. Upon being seated we asked the hostess for a booth and she clearly lied off the top of her head and replied “ oh I can’t because….then paused and said they’re reserved for those with reservations who reserved them”.She at first was going to say “ for those with reservations” we had a reservation so she just reworded her lie it was obvious. Plus never saw or was offered a option online to reserve a “booth”. Didn’t appreciate that at all so that set the tone immediately. Our waiter was nice he seemed well versed in his position but service was slow. Took a long time to get drinks out. I order the filet mignon it was good but I’ve had better. My husband ordered a burger and two sides “Mac & cheese & Brussel sprouts”. Over all I don’t find this to be a real steak house not enough selection and the food is just “ok” and over priced. The ambiance is off too much light as well. I won’t be going back I feel there’s better options to support local. The Price would be justifiable if the food was that good but truly it was just “so so” as far as taste. Wine selection was the highlight of my visit.
