So we went there on Sunday. The robot thing was cool, but that's about it. The straw was soaked and the paper cover was ripped, there was lipstick on the glass, the burger was bland, and the worst part, my wife is vegetarian and ordered pasta without chiken and fries. There were pieces of chiken in pasta and fries. They informed us, after she ate the fries that they use the same container and oil to fry the chicken and fries. She was disgusted.
Thumbs up on this one. My family came here in the early evening. Only had a short wait. Only about 5 minutes. We were escorted to out table by a robot. Our server was positive, polite, courteous and attentive. The food was excellent. Totally better than Red Robin. They had a great special going on that included a drink (soda/lemonade), soup or salad & then some great choices for an antree'. All those choices for only $10.99 each. ?Atomospere was upbeat/ calm/ casual. What a great experience. Thank you.
the service was amazing. the servers were great. food was delicious and the portion was perfect. my margirita chicken was perfect and moist and so was my husbands mango chili chicken. my daughter's chicken avocado was also awesome. the rice was superberb. will definitely go back.

DO NOT EAT HERE! The servers are great! But the kitchen staff does NOT use gloves. My kid use to work there and told me how some of the workers in the kitchen dropped the tongs on the floor, picked it back up and continued to use it to cook. Disgusting!! No wonder why my nephew got sick after eating from there a few months ago. Please buy food gloves for your kitchen staff to prep the food.
Place was clean, food was a bit spicy for my wife and I but we are admitted wussies when it comes to food heat. The servers were polite, so no problems there. Of the chain sit-down joints I like Chili's over the other guys.
I've been here twice recently & service was excellent! The host gave the option of bar seating or the other side of the restaurant - we chose bar area both times and were seated *immediately* in *booths* during *dinner rush* on the *weekend*! The servers were attentive and even helped us find a money saving deal with the 3 for $10. Food came out fast and my sister's steak was cooked spot on. Great place for quick service and kind staff.
The staff was excellent! Being understaffed was no problem for these guys. They were always ready to refill your glass and the food came out lightning fast. Great value for the portions of food you get.
