When we placed our order we asked for ranch and didn’t get any, also our fuze raspberry teas tasted sour and nasty. When we got home we were getting out of the car and didn’t realize the lid on one of our drinks wasn’t placed on completely so my bf ended dropping it once he got out of the car, and when we started eating we didn’t realize the green burrito lid was not on all the way and the bag it came in was wet and gross from the green sauce leaking out, so not the best experience I’ve had from carls jr i am a little disappointed ☹️

Terrible! Ordered the new chicken BLT got raw bacon, and a chicken strip inside the sandwich. No sauce not sure if your supposed to have it old lettuce and old tomato. Yuck never going back.
Food's overpriced. Fries are stale. I didn't even get my ketchup! I'd rather pay for lower-priced breakfast at McDonald's/Taco Bell than go here ever again.
