Terrible Customer Service!! 1st time in a long time that I was in Burger King. This happen at the Turlock Location on Geer Rd. We order three meals to find out we missed a bacon cheese burger for my son. Had to drive back to get the missing item plus I asked them to replaced my meal because i left in a rush so my food was going to be cold. One of the employees was very rude and mentioned they can only replace the missing item. He also mentioned no food was going to be replaced because I didn't bring the other food with meal. Which I previously mentioned to him it has been years since the last time I bought BK. He didn't care, asked me to reach their District Manager and just ignored me. I do work on Customer Service for a Tech Company, it would be no way that we will treat people at the way he did. Called Customer Service to file a complaint, waiting for the District Manager to respond to my voicemail. They need to provide more customer service training o their staff. We won't go no more to this place.
Our son has autism so they happily make French fries and chicken nuggets in mornings for our order without them giving us a hard time.
Service was very slow. The guy started to take our order and then just went silent for 5 minutes and then forgot he was taking our order. All our sodas were flat.
Ordered 2 combos got both shakes got both fries but only got the whopper they didn’t put in the chicken sandwichAnd I called the number on the receipt and they would not answer the phone.I will never go there again
They were short staffed. They had seven signs up for ice cream and didn't have the machine put together so no ice cream , all my food was up except fries and was getting cold then they gave one of my sandwiches to drive thru that came thru 10 minutes after I ordered ( I was the only customer till then) then my fries came up so they sat there and got cold why they remade the sandwich , and the fried food tasted like the oil was old im a local chef and I used to be a lead at a burger King I know how it works I was very disappointed in the service I got and won't be coming back
The most disgusting and poorly managed Burger King I’ve ever went to . Turlock is a beautiful town . Known for having the most churches but I cannot believe this little devil sits in the heart of geer rd. Terrible employees except the blonde Caucasian male he ran that place and I actually got a decent whopper . They ran out of coke so they mixed it with cherry . That was the Nastiest thing ever if you don’t know how to do your job just sit back and let some one who does know how to do it run it . Please don’t bring back that white female she has so many bad reviews her attitude is nastier then the food . Bad person in general . This place needs to be shut down and replaced with a farmer boys
(multiple orders, most via mobile app.) Only once were they out of something that I had ordered. Consistently good service, friendly workers, and quality food.
Food was good but the drive thru lane was super slow.
Got my order wrong. Didn't realize until I got home. Should have noticed when they kept asking the same questions over and over. Total incompetence.
