I came in the morning and asked if they did lunch she said yeah buy it will take a while because it's fresh oh boy when I got my food It was old cold and I had to reheat it normally I would just get my money back but I was hungry and in a rush I will never get food from here again
I am truck driver every time u come the food is cold and frys is too salty and cold not gud this is the second time very bad
Me & my daughter & granddaughter had came here on Monday night & I stayed in the ? car but they had asked me what I wanted so I got a ? fish sandwich & it was the worst sandwich I had ever had in my life! (Dried out & hard as a rock) with ?french fries & a drink & my daughter had got the chicken nuggets & they also was (hard as a rock)! But my granddaughter got the bacon cheeseburger & it was good & fresh with french fries & a drink. So I give only one ? because I will never get another ? fish sandwich from here & chicken nuggets also.
Drive thru employees are rude. They won’t even speak to you at all just hand you your order and walk away. They didn’t even ask if we wanted out receipt. Rolling eyes after asking. This was coming from the lady wearing the maroon colored clothes which I’m guessing is the manager. She needs to be retrained on proper customer service.
Asked for my grilled chicken and Burger deluxe with bacon and extra onions on both neither had, they gave me regular.Food was totally Fresh and awesome crew members. fast service, and clean. breakfast sandwiches are great.
Wasn’t busy at all, literally I was the only customer and they STILL got my order wrong, cold fries and nuggets. Disappointed.
Worst Wendy’s ever, I was missing things from my order and she had the audacity to be rude. I get you’re working on Christmas Eve and you probably wouldn’t want to but that’s no excuse. You guys need to do better with your customer service and hire better workers without attitude.
My daughter dropped her nuggets and this store replaced them without charge no questions asked. So kind and refreshing now-a-days to have a business that still has good customer service. Thank you Wendy's! Thank you Jenni.
I stop here every Thursday on my dedicated run. They are always out of frostys'. It's 100 degrees outside and they are out of it? Horrible.
Got the Baconator combo. For some strange reason, I don't think I got enough bacon. Could've had another couple of strips. Can't complain too much. It was meaty, cheesy mess ?
