My wife and I visited the Wendy’s located at 1110 E Tulare Ave, Tulare, CA 93274 on Sunday, May 22, 2022 at 1:10pm. We had specifically chosen to visit a Wendy’s using our navigation while on the freeway because, generally, Wendy’s has good service and high quality food. The service at this location on this day was dismal and unacceptable. Using the drive through, we ordered one single cheeseburger combo (medium combo) with a Coke. We also ordered a double cheeseburger by itself, no pickles, along with a second order of fries. We asked for both of the fries to be well done, and we asked for ketchup and mustard when we got to the window. While paying at the first window, I also asked for a receipt. The man at the 1st payment window said, “They’ll give you one at the next window.” Here was the list of problems which occurred after this:1. The wait from the time we ordered to the time we were being handed our food was fourteen minutes.2. One of the young men at the second window who handed me our food also handed us a drink with no lid. When alerted to this fact, he said, “Oh, it must have fallen off,” which it hadn’t. He had just forgotten it.3. When I was handed the food, there was no receipt in our two bags. Since I spent $26.22 which would be paid back to me, I wanted a receipt. When I alerted the man to this fact, he stated that their system wasn’t allowing receipts on that day. I told him the I then needed the manger to write a receipt. After a few minutes, I was given a flat Wendy’s bag with our order written on it. Not a slip of paper, but a brown paper bag.4. When I unwrapped my double cheeseburger, there were pickles in it. They had correctly input my no pickles order into the system because I saw it on the order screen, but the cook had not given his attention to the order.5. There was ketchup in our bag, but no mustard. My wife had to go in and get mustard from the parking lot after we were out of the drive through queue.6. There were no napkins placed into either of our two bags.7. Both of our fries were soft, not crispy as we had asked. I then went back into the restaurant and told the young female manager that we had been given several problems with our order, and that I at the very least wanted one set of our fries crispy. Without an apology or any friendliness, she told one of the employees to cook some new fries and make them crispy.This was by far the very worst experience that I or my spouse have ever had at a Wendy’s. This location, the manager, and all employees who were present that day need re-training for sure. This should include how orders are taken, and when they make mistakes, how to be courteous and friendly with the customer. This crew had no attention to detail, were slow, and worked haphazardly within the cooking and customer interaction space. I'm guessing that the Wendy's Corporation would not like their brand represented by the actions that were performed at this location.

I do not recommend nobody to eat here.

Christopher was awesome he was are checker and was very nice, respectful,and great customer service skills. I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Great job

I Ordered 3 regular burger meals and 1 chicken sandwich meal. The 3 hamburgers we got turned out to be all doubles . All the hamburgers were missing tomatoes and onions. The lettuce that was in the burgers was so sad looking. I think it was lettuce, couldn't really tell. The chicken sandwich wasn't any better. I attached a picture so you guys can be the judge of that one.

Fast one but the drive thru sucks two of the cars in front got the wrong order, mine was fine but just check before take out

When I went through the drive through the lady snapped "what" through the intercom. Then when I got up to the window she grabbed my card and closed the window on me when I was trying to ask to scan my rewards. Then she shoved the drink at me and basically tossed my food at me through my window. 10/10 not going again. Didn't even get a receipt so I could email about it instead of leaving a review. On top of it I just got bad mood and this interaction just made me feel so much worse.

While the food is good as one would expect, the service level of this franchise is horrible - well beyond disappointing. I cannot count the number of times that menu items have not been available - most common being chili and baked potatoes. Order accuracy has been "spotty" or "hit-and-miss" at best. Most recently, for example, I asked for (because they had it available) a baked potato with sour cream and chives. I get home and find that the potato is a bit old (last night's leftover?), not warm, and without the sour cream! The missing sour cream has happened more than once, but add to that the fact with the same recent order I asked for a single with ketchup only -- that's not what I got....SMH.If you use this location, the food may be OK, but the quality of service and attention to detail will be like a game of "drive through roulette"....take your chances.Management/Ownership needs to get their act together as they do not represent the franchise well.

You really need to find a way to get mobile orders out. I will not stay in that line for 30+ mins for someone else’s food that I’m barely being payed to deliver.12/18/21 waited in line for 10-15 mins after telling the person over the intercom why I was there. Get to the front and then they ask who the order is for and ask me to wait on the side for them to start cooking it. That is ridiculous to think I’d wait there after that, I’m stopping my deliveries for this store from now on. For future reference, delivery drivers are not telling you they’re there for a pickup just to brag ok? They’re telling you so you can verify the order and make sure you have all the items available. Almost like, I don’t know, EVERY OTHER PERSON WHO JUST ORDERS! Why you treat pickups/delivery any different makes no sense at all. Either way not coming back here anymore

Fast great prices two for one good place to eat

Hamburger meat is not cooked as soon as you order. Precooked is not as good. For the price it should be hot off the grill or fryer.
