We stopped here because we have been to the Chalios in Hanford. This place has worse service then the Hanford place and nowhere near the quality of food.We both had menudo. It was disgusting. The tripe was very tuff.The girl at the register was very rude and didn't seem to want to be there. My wife tried asking her a couple of questions and the girl ignored her at first, but when my wife asked again, she responded very rudely. It wasn't till we went to pay and it was time to write tip or no tip that the girl attempted to be a bit polite. We give most places at least two tries. Not this place.
Used to be great. Portions are 1/3rd of what they used to be and new staff is extremely unfriendly. Will never be coming back after they charged me $7 for two cups of tap water.Last two times I ate here the meat has a very weird aftertaste. Cannot recommend this to anyone.
Sorry ordered chili verde nachos got chips...chopped tomatoes..shredded beef ..sour cream .pardon me but shouldn't nachos have CHEESE..MAYBE avocado but MAINLY CHEESE .Nope I had chips shredded beef and tomatoes.the lengua burrito ..Humm the meat was BAD 1 bite and spit it out it was spoiled NO more food from here for me
Found myself in Tulare this evening decided to check this place out again this is the second time I come here and let me tell y’all it was delicious.! Just like the first time they cook everything in a timely manner and it comes out so tasty. I ordered the torta de asada which was superb. And my lovely got some quesabirias which were good they were crunchy and tasty wow did not disappoint but what do I know check them out y’all.!!
The tripa, the chicharron en salsa, and the buche are sooo good! Such a cool spot, & open 24hrs. You should tip these people every time, they have to deal with hella drunk people, & they're still super chill and friendly.
My experience at this place was ok but not really great because while I was ordering my food , my son wanted to sit down on one of there seats inside when he fell because he touched the table down with hand while sitting down the table filled on its side . They need to have tables bolted down for safety. That just took my appetite away . Then to top it off what I ordered was a sope and it was not like I expected it had no avocado after I asked for extra avacado there was none . I said with everything that mean salsa as well no salsa either. I got this to go . Found out when I got home . So I was so disappointed . It didn't even seen like fresh it looked like leftovers. So I don't think I would go back again ....
Horrible horrible customer service ! Went in and ordered, only one person ahead of me so I thought it would be quick . Not the case , four more customers came in after me and received their orders before mine ! And they had multiple people on that order ! , I finally spoke to the lady at the register and she said they are working on my order , it was only 6 tacos !!! The man next to her said he’s going to start them right now , hell no , I said I want my money back I can’t wait any longer , they gave my money in cash even though I paid with card . I told them this is ridiculous, why did I have to wait when everyone after me got their food and she just apologized. I’ll never go back to this place again !

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. -0 starts if I could. Tortillas are always burnt and hard. Asked for grilled onions and green salsa in the bag and they didn’t put neither. Not even lemons. Asked for quesabirria tacos with no toppings and they put everything and even added extra sauces that aren’t supposed to go on there just to be rude. Did not do anything right for our food. When we tried to correct them to get our food fixed they refused and said that’s how it came.
I waited 45 mins in my car for an order I called in just to be hung up on multiple times. Spoke to the manager he said to come back that they would bring it out. Then I went back again to not get the order highly upset I will never come back to this place in life. There’s no point to call in an order just to not have it ready 1:45 hours later. This place has horrible customer service and plan to wait a couple hours before you will be served.
