For anyone who would like to know. The owner of all the subways in Tulare is the same person. He is known for being extremely rude to his customers AND his staff. At this J Street they literally have workers cut out chunks of mold on tomatoes before serving it to the public. They also add water to their meatballs so they don’t have to use up ingredients. The owner is that cheap. They know when the health inspectors come in so they hide their moldy ingredients. He also prints out bad reviews and tells his workers to look out for certain people. Health inspectors have been notified numerous times but they refuse to do anything. Go eat in Visalia or try deli delish.
