I ordered 2 of the same drink, and one tasted far less sweet. When I said they didn't taste the same, she was very defensive and said she made it and it was correct. I asked her to remake the mocha and she quickly returned. My 71 yr old mother was in the car with me, and she said her White Chocolate Mocha was not the usual taste. I asked the same lady to remake the White Chocolate Mocha and asked to speak to the manager and was shocked she said she was the manager because of her very bad attitude "I keep telling you....the coffee was made correctly! I have been here 4 years!" I asked for a refund for 1 of my coffees - I ordered 3. 1 mocha was good. The remake of my mother's coffee was also good. 1 mocha remained bad and I decided not to ask her to remake. She demanded that I return my coffee before I get a refund. I had already returned 2 and had them re-made. She said, "I am wasting product." I finally got my refund but the experience was so sad that she (as a manager) acted that way in front of two other young employees just watching.
While I was having a hard time keeping my eyes open on a long drive from LA to Fresno, I did a Google maps search and this Starbucks popped up. First off, it is kind of far from the 99 freeway. Second, the service was the SLOWEST I’ve ever had at ANY drive through restaurant ,of any type, EVER! I was worried we were going to get carbon monoxide poisoning from the car idling in the drive thru lane for sooooooo long. It took a total of 50 minutes from getting off the freeway to getting back on the freeway.

Haven't been disappointed by a drink from this location yet. I think this might be one of the few Starbucks that hasn't been affected by ingredient shortages (or maybe I've just been lucky here). The staff is pretty nice and drinks are ready super quick in my experience. I highly recommend the iced honey oat milk latte (my fav❤). I don't think they have a scanner for you to scan your app for stars though and you can't order ahead on the app at this location either.
Coffee was great. Made just the way I like. Place was clean and was given friendly service.
